AD7328BRUZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7328 is an 8-channel, 12-bit plus sign, successive approximation ADC designed on the iCMOS™ (industrial CMOS) process. iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, dramatically reduced power consumption, and reduced package size. The AD7328 can accept true bipolar analog input signals. The AD7328 has four software-selectable input ranges, ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V. Each analog input channel can be independently programmed to one of the four input ranges. The analog input channels on the AD7328 can be programmed to be single-ended, true differential, or pseudo differential. The ADC contains a 2.5 V internal reference. The AD7328 also allows for external reference operation. If a 3 V reference is applied to the REFIN/OUT pin, the AD7328 can accept a true bipolar ±12 V analog input. Minimum ±12 V VDD and VSS supplies are required for the ±12 V input range. The ADC has a high speed serial interface that can operate at throughput rates up to 1 MSPS.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD7328 can accept true bipolar analog input signals, ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V unipolar signals The eight analog inputs can be configured as eight single-ended inputs, four true differential input pairs, four pseudo differential inputs, or seven pseudo differential inputs 1 MSPS serial interface. SPI®-/QSPI™-/DSP-/MICROWIRE™-compatible interface Low power, 30 mW, at a maximum throughput rate of 1 MSPS Channel sequencer

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7476 / AD7477 / AD7478 are, respectively, 12-bit, 10-bit, and 8-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADCs. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. Each part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with these parts. The AD7476 / AD7477 / AD7478 use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. The reference for the parts is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus, the analog input range for the parts are 0 V to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS First 12-/10-/8-Bit ADCs in SOT-23 Packages. High Throughput with Low Power Consumption. Flexible Power/Serial Clock Speed Management. The conversion rate is determined by the serial clock, allowing the conversion time to be reduced through the serial clock speed increase. This allows the average power consumption to be reduced while not converting. The parts also feature a shutdown mode to maximize power efficiency at lower throughput rates. Current consumption is 1 μA maximum when in shutdown mode. Reference Derived from the Power Supply. No Pipeline Delay. The parts feature a standard successive-approximation ADC with accurate control of the sampling instant via a CS input and once-off conversion control.APPLICATIONS Battery-powered systems Personal digital assistants Medical instruments Mobile communications Instrumentation and control systems Data acquisition systems High speed modems Optical sensors

The AD7740 is a low-cost, ultrasmall synchronous Voltage-to-FrequencyConverter (VFC). It works from a single 3.0 V to3.6 V or 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply consuming 0.9 mA. The AD7740is available in an 8-lead SOT-23 and also in an 8-lead MSOPpackage. Small package, low cost and ease of use were majordesign goals for this product. The part contains an on-chip 2.5 Vbandgap reference but the user may overdrive this using anexternal reference. This external reference range includes VDD.The full-scale output frequency is synchronous with the clocksignal on the CLKIN pin. This clock can be generated with theaddition of an external crystal (or resonator) or supplied from aCMOS-compatible clock source. The part has a maximuminput frequency of 1 MHz.For an analog input signal that goes from 0 V to VREF, the outputfrequency goes from 10% to 90% of fCLKIN. In buffered mode, the part provides a very high input impedance and accepts arange of 0.1 V to VDD – 0.2 V on the VIN pin. There is alsoan unbuffered mode of operation that allows VIN to go from–0.15 V to VDD + 0.15 V. REF192GSZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The REF19x series precision band gap voltage references use a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser trimming of highly stable, thin-film resistors to achieve a very low temperature coefficient and high initial accuracy. The REF19x series is made up of micropower, low dropout voltage (LDV) devices, providing stable output voltage from supplies as low as 100 mV above the output voltage and consuming less than 45 μA of supply current. In sleep mode, which is enabled by applying a low TTL or CMOS level to the SLEEP pin, the output is turned off, and supply current is further reduced to less than 15 µA.The REF19x series references are specified over the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C), with typical performance specifications over −40°C to +125°C for applications such as automotive. All electrical grades are available in an 8-lead SOIC_N package; the PDIP and TSSOP packages are available only in the lowest electrical grade. Products are also available in die form.APPLICATIONS Portable instruments ADCs and DACs Smart sensors Solar-powered applications Loop current-powered instruments
