The AD9642 is a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with sampling speeds of up to 250 MSPS. The AD9642 is designed to support communications applications, where low cost, small size, wide bandwidth, and versatility are desired.The ADC core features a multistage, differential pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic. The ADC features wide bandwidth inputs that can support a variety of user-selectable input ranges. An integrated voltage reference eases design considerations. The ADF41020 frequency synthesizer can be used to implement local oscillators as high as 18 GHz in the up conversion and down conversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. It consists of a low noise, digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, a programmable reference divider, and high frequency programmable feedback dividers (A, B, and P). A complete phase-locked loop (PLL) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The synthesizer can be used to drive external microwave VCOs via an active loop filter. Its very high bandwidth means a frequency doubler stage can be eliminated, simplifying system architecture and reducing cost. The ADF41020 is software-compatible with the existing ADF4106/ADF4107/ADF4108 family of devices from Analog Devices, Inc. The ADAS3022 is a complete 16-bit, 1 MSPS, successive approximation–based analog-to-digital data acquisition system, which is manufactured on Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary iCMOS® high voltage industrial process technology. The device integrates an 8-channel, low leakage multiplexer; a high impedance programmable gain instrumentation amplifier (PGIA) stage with high common-mode rejection; a precision, low drift 4.096 V reference and buffer; and a 16-bit charge redistribution analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with successive approximation register (SAR) architecture. The ADAS3022 can resolve eight single-ended inputs or four fully differential inputs up to ±24.576 V when using ±15 V supplies. The ADXL362 is an ultralow power, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer that consumes less than 2 μA at a 100 Hz output data rate and 270 nA when in motion triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL362 does not alias input signals by undersampling; it samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates.The ADXL362 always provides 12-bit output resolution; 8-bit formatted data is also provided for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. Measurement ranges of ±2 g, ±4 g, and ±8 g are available, with a resolution of 1 mg/LSB on the ±2 g range. For applications where a noise level lower than the normal 550 μg/√Hz of the ADXL362 is desired, either of two lower noise modes (down to 175 μg/√Hz typical) can be selected at minimal increase in supply current.In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL362 has many features to enable true system level power reduction. It includes a deep multimode output FIFO, a built-in micropower temperature sensor, and several activity detection modes including adjustable threshold sleep and wake-up operation that can run as low as 270 nA at a 6 Hz (approximate) measurement rate. A pin output is provided to directly control an external switch when activity is detected, if desired. In addition, the ADXL362 has provisions for external control of sampling time and/or an external clock.The ADXL362 operates on a wide 1.6 V to 3.5 V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate, lower supply voltage. The ADAU1966A is a high performance, single-chip digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that provides 16 DACs with differential or single-ended outputs using the Analog Devices, Inc., patented multibit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) architecture. A serial peripheral interface (SPI)/I2C port is included, allowing a microcontroller to adjust volume and many other parameters. The ADAU1966A operates from 2.5 V digital and 3.3 V analog supplies. A linear regulator is included to generate the digital supply voltage from the analog supply voltage. The ADAU1966A is available in an 80-lead LQFP.The ADAU1966A is designed for low EMI. This consideration is apparent in both the system and circuit design architectures. By using the on-board PLL to derive the internal master clock from an external left-right frame clock (LRCLK), the ADAU1966A can eliminate the need for a separate high frequency master clock and can be used with or without a bit clock. The DACs are designed using the latest Analog Devices continuous time architectures to further minimize EMI. The ADD5207 is a white LED driver for backlight applications based on high efficiency, current mode, step-up converter technology. It is designed with a 0.15 Ω, 1.5 A internal switch and a pin-adjustable operating frequency between 600 kHz and 1 MHz.The ADD5207 contains four regulated current sources for uniform LED brightness. Each current source can drive up to 25 mA and the LED-driving current is pin adjustable by an external resistor. The ADD5207 drives up to four parallel strings of multiple series-connected LEDs with a ±1.5% current matching between strings.The ADD5207 provides phase shift PWM brightness control methods. LED dimming control is achieved through the PWM input. The device includes an 8 kHz LED-dimming oscillator for driving each current source. The ADD5207 operates over an input voltage range of 6 V to 21 V, but the device can function with a voltage as low as 5.6 V.The ADD5207 also has multiple safety protection features to prevent damage during fault conditions. If any LED is open, the device automatically disables the faulty current source. The internal soft start circuit prevents a high inrush current during startup.
