There is alsoan unbuffered mode of operation that allows VIN to go from–0.15 V to VDD + 0.15 V. The modes are interchangeable usingthe BUF pin.The AD7740 (Y Grade) is guaranteed over the automotivetemperature range of –40°C to +105°C. The AD7923 is a 12-bit, high speed, low power, 4-channel, successive-approximation (SAR) ADC. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply and features throughput rates up to 200 kSPS. It contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 8 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled by CS and the serial clock signal, allowing the device to easily interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and conversion is also initiated at this point.The AD7923 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at maximum throughput rates. At maximum throughput rates, it consumes 1.2 mA maximum with 3 V supplies and 1.5 mA maximum with 5 V supplies.Through the configuration of the control register, the analog input range can be selected as 0 V to REFIN or 0 V to 2 × REFIN, with either straight binary or twos complement output coding. The AD7923 features four single-ended analog inputs with achannel sequencer to allow a preprogrammed selection of channels to be converted sequentially.The conversion time for the AD7923 is determined by the serial clock, SCLK, frequency, since this is used as the master clock to control the conversion. The conversion time can be as short as 800 ns with a 20 MHz SCLK.

The parts also feature various shutdown modes to maximize power efficiency at lower throughput rates. Current consumption is 0.5 μA max when in full shutdown. No Pipeline Delay. The parts feature a standard successive approximation ADC with accurate control of the sampling instant via a CS input and once off conversion control.

The AD8065/AD80661 FastFET™ amplifiers are voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. The AD8065 is a single amplifier, and the AD8066 is a dual amplifier. These amplifiers are developed in the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB process and allow exceptionally low noise operation (7.0 nV/√Hz and 0.6 fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedance.With a wide supply voltage range from 5 V to 24 V, the ability to operate on single supplies, and a bandwidth of 145 MHz, the AD8065/AD8066 are designed to work in a variety of applications. For added versatility, the amplifiers also contain rail-to-rail outputs.Despite the low cost, the amplifiers provide excellent overall performance. The differential gain and phase errors of 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, along with 0.1 dB flatness out to 7 MHz, make these amplifiers ideal for video applications. Additionally, they offer a high slew rate of 180 V/µs, excellent distortion (SFDR of −88 dBc @ 1 MHz), extremely high common-mode rejection of −100 dB, and a low input offset voltage of 1.5 mV maximum under warmed up conditions. The AD8065/AD8066 operate using only a 6.4 mA/amplifier typical supply current and are capable of delivering up to 30 mA of load current.The AD8065/AD8066 are high performance, high speed, FET input amplifiers available in small packages: SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and SOT-23-5. They are rated to work over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.The AD8065WARTZ-R7 is fully qualified for automotive applications. The AD8183 (G = +1) and AD8185 (G = +2) are high speed Triple 2-to-1 multiplexers. They offer -3 dB full signal bandwidth up to 360 MHz along with slew rate in excess of 1000 V/µs. With better than -72 dB of all hostile crosstalk and 100 dB of isolation, they are useful in many high speed applications. The differential gain and differential phase error of 0.01% and 0.02°, along with 0.1 dB flatness to 90 MHz make AD8183 and AD8185 ideal for professional video and LCD multiplexing. They offer 15 ns switching time making them an excellent choice for switching video signals, while consuming less than 25 mA on ±5 V supply voltage.
