The ADuM4154 is an SPIsolator™ digital isolator optimized for a serial peripheral interface (SPI) that includes support for up to four slave devices. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology, the low propagation delay and jitter in the CLK, MO/SI, MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals support SPI clock rates of up to 17 MHz.The ADuM4154 isolator also provides a slave select multiplexing system that allows up to four slave devices to be serviced from one isolator. When a target slave is selected, the slave select signal propagates to the desired output with low propagation delay, allowing tight timing control. The ADXRS645 is a high performance angular rate sensor with excellent vibration immunity for use in high temperature environments. The ADXRS645 is manufactured using the Analog Devices, Inc., patented high volume BiMOS surface-micromachining process with years of proven field reliability. An advanced, differential, quad sensor design provides superior acceleration and vibration rejection.The output signal, RATEOUT, is a voltage proportional to the angular rate about the axis normal to the package lid. The measurement range is a minimum of ±2000°/sec, and may be extended to ±5000°/sec with the addition of a single external resistor. The output is ratiometric with respect to a provided reference supply. Other external capacitors are required for operation.A temperature output is provided for compensation techniques. The HMC1165 is a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) that integrates a resonator, a negative resistance device, and a varactor diode, and features a half frequency output. Because of the monolithic construction of the oscillator, the output power and phase noise performance are excellent over temperature.The output power is 8 dBm typical from a 5 V supply voltage. The HMC7950 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC). The HMC7950 is a wideband low noise amplifier that operates between 2 GHz and 28 GHz. The amplifier typically provides 15 dB of gain, 2.0 dB of noise figure, 26 dBm of output IP3, and 16 dBm of output power for 1 dB gain compression, requiring 64 mA from a 5 V supply. The HMC7950 is self biased with only a single positive supply needed to achieve a drain current, IDD, of 64 mA. The HMC7950 also has a gain control option, VGG2.
