The AD584 is an 8-terminal precision voltage reference offering pin programmable selection of four popular output voltages: 10.000 V, 7.500 V, 5.000 V and 2.500 V. Other output voltages, above, below, or between the four standard outputs, are available by the addition of external resistors. The input voltage can vary between 4.5 V and 30 V.Laser wafer trimming (LWT) is used to adjust the pin programmable output levels and temperature coefficients, resulting in the most flexible high precision voltage reference available in monolithic form.In addition to the programmable output voltages, the AD584 offers a unique strobe terminal that permits the device to be turned on or off. When the AD584 is used as a power supply reference, the supply can be switched off with a single, low power signal. In the off state, the current drained by the AD584 is reduced to approximately 100 μA. In the on state, the total supply current is typically 750 μA, including the output buffer amplifier.The AD584 is recommended for use as a reference for 8-, 10-, or 12-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) that require an external precision reference. In addition, the device is ideal for analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) of up to 14-bit accuracy, either successive approximation or integrating designs, and in general, it can offer better performance than that provided by standard self-contained references.The AD584J and AD584K are specified for operation from 0°C to +70°C, and the AD584S and AD584T are specified for the −55°C to +125°C range. All grades are packaged in a hermetically sealed, eight-terminal TO-99 metal can, and the AD584J and AD584K are also available in an 8-lead PDIP.

The AD6636 is a (Digital) Receive Signal Processor intended for direct IF sampling or highly sampled baseband radios requiring wide-bandwidth input signals. It has been optimized for the demanding filtering requirements of wideband standards like, CDMA2000, UMTS, and TD-SCDMA. The AD6636 is designed to be used as part of radio system that uses either an IF sampling ADC, or a baseband sampling ADC.The AD6636 has the following signal processing stages: a Frequency Translator, a 5th order Cascaded Integrated Comb filter, two sets of Cascaded Fixed Coefficient Finite Impulse Response (FIR) and Half Band filters, three cascaded programmable coefficient Sum of Product FIR filters, an Interpolating Half Band Filter (LHB) and a digital Automatic Gain Control (AGC) Block. Multiple modes are supported for clocking data into and out of the chip to provide flexibility for interfacing to a wide variety of digitizers. Programming and control is accomplished via serial or microport interfaces.The AD6636 features a fractional clock multiplier that uses the ADC clock to produce a digital down converter master clock up to 200 MHz. This internal phased-locked loop (PLL) allows optimum digital clock rates, regardless of the converter sampling rate, enabling the best possible digital signal decimation and filtering. Three 16-bit parallel output ports accommodate high data rate 3G applications. An on-chip interpolating half band filter can also be used to further increase the output rate while still allowing for very efficient filters. In addition, each channel has a digital AGC for output data scaling.

The ADG1206 and ADG1207 are monolithic iCMOS® analogmultiplexers comprising sixteen single channels and eightdifferential channels, respectively. The ADG1206 switches oneof sixteen inputs to a common output, as determined by the4-bit binary address lines A0, A1, A2, and A3. The ADG1207switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differentialoutput, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1,and A2. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disablethe device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. Whenon, each channel conducts equally well in both directions andhas an input signal range that extends to the supplies.The industrial CMOS (iCMOS) modular manufacturingprocess combines high voltage complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and bipolar technologies. It enables thedevelopment of a wide range of high performance analog ICscapable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no other generationof high voltage devices has been able to achieve. Unlike analogICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS componentscan tolerate high supply voltages while providing increasedperformance, dramatically lower power consumption, andreduced package size. The ultralow capacitance and exceptionally low charge injectionof these multiplexers make them ideal solutions for data acquisitionand sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fastsettling are required.
