ADG774BRQZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG774 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexers with high impedance outputs. The CMOS process provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. The on-resistance variation is typically less than 0.5 Ω with an input signal ranging from 0 V to 5 V.The bandwidth of the ADG774 is greater than 200 MHz and this, coupled with low distortion (typically 0.5%), makes the part suitable for switching fast ethernet signals. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analog input range ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Fast switching speed, coupled with high signal bandwidth, also makes the parts suitable for video signal switching. CMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery powered instruments.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Wide –3 dB Bandwidth, 240 MHz. Ultralow Power Dissipation. Extended Signal Range. The ADG774 is fabricated on a CMOS process giving an increased signal range that fully extends to the supply rails. Low Leakage Over Temperature. Break-Before-Make Switching. This prevents channel shorting when the switches are configured as a multiplexer. Crosstalk Typically –70 dB @ 30 MHz. Off Isolation Typically –60 dB @ 10 MHz.APPLICATIONS USB 1.1 Signal Switching Circuits Cell Phones PDAs Battery-Powered Systems Communications Systems Data Acquisition Systems Token Ring 4 Mbps/16 Mbps Audio and Video Switching Relay Replacement

Analog Devices Inc.
The OPx177 family consists of very high precision, single, dual, and quad amplifiers featuring extremely low offset voltage and drift, low input bias current, low noise, and low power consump-tion. Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of over 1000 pF with no external compensation. Supply current is less than 500 μA per amplifier at 30 V. Internal 500 Ω series resistors protect the inputs, allowing input signal levels several volts beyond either supply without phase reversal.Unlike previous high voltage amplifiers with very low offset voltages, the OP1177 (single) and OP2177 (dual) amplifiers are available in tiny 8-lead surface-mount MSOP and 8-lead narrow SOIC packages. The OP4177 (quad) is available in TSSOP and 14-lead narrow SOIC packages. Moreover, specified performance in the MSOP and the TSSOP is identical to performance in the SOIC package. MSOP and TSSOP are available in tape and reel only. The OPx177 family offers the widest specified temperature range of any high precision amplifier in surface-mount packaging. All versions are fully specified for operation from −40°C to +125°C for the most demanding operating environments.Applications for these amplifiers include precision diode power measurement, voltage and current level setting, and level detection in optical and wireless transmission systems. OP270EZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The OP270 is a high performance, monolithic, dual operational amplifier with exceptionally low voltage noise density (5 nV/√Hz maximum at 1 kHz). It offers comparable performance to the industry-standard OP27 from Analog Devices, Inc. The OP270 features an input offset voltage of less than 75 μV and an offset drift of less than 1 μV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. Open-loop gain of the OP270 is more than 1,500,000 into a 10 kΩ load, ensuring excellent gain accuracy and linearity, even in high gain applications. The input bias current is less than 20 nA, which reduces errors due to signalsource resistance. With a common-mode rejection (CMR) of greater than 106 dB and a power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of less than 3.2 μV/V, the OP270 significantly reduces errors due to ground noise and power supply fluctuations. The power consumption of the dual OP270 is one-third less than two OP27 devices, a significant advantage for power conscious applications. The OP270 is unity-gain stable with a gain bandwidth product of 5 MHz and a slew rate of 2.4 V/μs.The OP270 offers excellent amplifier matching, which is important for applications such as multiple gain blocks, low noise instrumentation amplifiers, dual buffers, and low noise active filters. The OP270 conforms to the industry-standard 8-lead CERDIP and PDIP pinouts. For higher speed applications, the ADA4004-2 or the AD8676 are recommended. For a quad op amp, see the OP470 data sheet.

OP497FPZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The OP497 is a quad op amp with precision performance in the space-saving, industry standard 16-lead SOlC package. Its combination of exceptional precision with low power and extremely low input bias current makes the quad OP497 useful in a wide variety of applications.Precision performance of the OP497 includes very low offset (120 dB. The OP497 has a power supply rejection of >120 dB which minimizes offset voltage changes experienced in battery-powered systems. The supply current of the OP497 is The OP497 uses a superbeta input stage with bias current cancellation to maintain picoamp bias currents at all temperatures. This is in contrast to FET input op amps whose bias currents start in the picoamp range at 25°C but double for every 10°C rise in temperature to reach the nanoamp range above 85°C. The input bias current of the OP497 is Combining precision, low power, and low bias current, the OP497 is ideal for a number of applications, including instrumentation amplifiers, log amplifiers, photodiode preamplifiers, and long-term integrators. For a single device, see the OP97 data sheet, and for a dual device, see the OP297 data sheet.
