The ADT7301 is a complete temperature monitoring system in SOT-23 and MSOP packages. It contains a band gap temperature sensor and a 13-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature reading to a resolution of 0.03125°C.The ADT7301 has a flexible serial interface that allows easy interfacing to most microcontrollers. The interface is compatible with SPI™, QSPI and MICROWIRE™ protocol and is also compatible with DSPs. The part features a standby mode that is controlled via the serial interface. The ADT7301's wide supply voltage range, low supply current and SPI-compatible interface, make it ideal for a variety of applications, including personal computers, office equipment, automotive and domestic appliances. TheADT7301 is rated for operation over the −40°C to +150°Ctemperature range. It is not recommended to operate the deviceat temperatures above +125°C for greater than a total of 5% (5,000 hours) of the lifetime of the device. The AD7328 is an 8-channel, 12-bit plus sign, successive approximation ADC designed on the iCMOS™ (industrial CMOS) process. iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, dramatically reduced power consumption, and reduced package size.The AD7328 can accept true bipolar analog input signals. The AD7328 has four software-selectable input ranges, ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V. Each analog input channel can be independently programmed to one of the four input ranges. The analog input channels on the AD7328 can be programmed to be single-ended, true differential, or pseudo differential.The ADC contains a 2.5 V internal reference. The AD7328 also allows for external reference operation. If a 3 V reference is applied to the REFIN/OUT pin, the AD7328 can accept a true bipolar ±12 V analog input. Minimum ±12 V VDD and VSS supplies are required for the ±12 V input range. The ADF7020 is a low power, low-IF transceiver designed for operation in the license-free ISM bands at 433MHz, 868MHz and 915MHz. It is suitable for circuit applications that meet either the European ETSI EN-300-220 or the North American FCC, Part 15.247 and 15.249 regulatory standards. It operates from a 2.3 V to 3.6V power supply with programmable output power from -16 to +13dBm in 0.3dBm steps. Its receiver sensitivity is -117.5dBm at 1kbits/s in FSK mode or -110.5dBm at 9.6kbits/s. Power consumption is 20mA in receive mode and 30mA in transmit mode (+10dBm output).Other features include on-chip VCO (voltage controlled oscillator), Fractional-N PLL, on-chip 7-bit ADC (analog-to-digital converter), digital received signal strength indication (RSSI), temperature sensor and a patent pending fully automatic AFC loop. The OP07D is a low cost option of the OP07 family with voltage offset performance of 150 µV max. The OP07D is a precision, ultralow offset amplifier. It integrates low power (1.1 mA typical), low input bias current (±1 nA maximum), and high CMRR/PSRR (130 dB). Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V supply.The OP07D provides higher accuracy than industry-standard OP07-type amplifiers due to Analog Devices’ iPolar™ process, which supports enhanced performance in a smaller footprint. These performance enhancements include wider output swing, lower power, and higher CMRR (common-mode rejection ratio) and PSRR (power supply rejection ratio). The OP07D maintains stability of offsets and gain virtually regardless of variations in time or temperature. Excellent linearity and gain accuracy can be maintained at high closed-loop gains. The OP07D is fully specified over the extended industrial tem¬perature range of −40°C to +125°C. The OP07D amplifier is available in 8-lead DIP and the popular 8-lead, narrow SOIC lead-free packages.

The OP27 precision operational amplifier combines the low offset and drift of the OP07 with both high speed and low noise. Offsets down to 25 μV and maximum drift of 0.6 μV/°C make the OP27 ideal for precision instrumentation applications. Low noise, en = 3.5 nV/√Hz, at 10 Hz, a low 1/f noise corner frequency of 2.7 Hz, and high gain (1.8 million), allow accurate high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain bandwidth product of 8 MHz and a 2.8 V/μs slew rate provide excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed, data-acquisition systems.A low input bias current of ±10 nA is achieved by use of a bias current cancellation circuit. Over the military temperature range, this circuit typically holds IB and IOS to ±20 nA and 15 nA, respectively.The output stage has good load driving capability. A guaranteed swing of ±10 V into 600 Ω and low output distortion make the OP27 an excellent choice for professional audio applications.PSRR and CMRR exceed 120 dB. These characteristics, coupled with long-term drift of 0.2 μV/month, allow the circuit designer to achieve performance levels previously attained only by discrete designs.Low cost, high volume production of OP27 is achieved by using an on-chip Zener zap-trimming network. This reliable and stable offset trimming scheme has proven its effectiveness over many years of production history.The OP27 provides excellent performance in low noise, high accuracy amplification of low level signals. Applications include stable integrators, precision summing amplifiers, precision voltage threshold detectors, comparators, and professional audio circuits such as tape heads and microphone preamplifiers.
