ADP323ACPZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP322/ADP323 200 mA triple output LDOs combine high PSRR, low noise, low quiescent current, and low dropout voltage to extend the battery life of portable devices and are ideally suited for wireless applications with demanding performance and board space requirements. The ADP322/ADP323 PSRR is greater than 60 dB for frequencies as high as 100 kHz while operating with a low headroom voltage. The ADP322/ADP323 offer much lower noise performance than competing LDOs without the need for a noise bypass capacitor. The ADP322/ADP323 are available in a miniature 16-lead, 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP package and are stable with tiny 1 µF ±30% ceramic output capacitors providing the smallest possible board area for a wide variety of portable power needs. The ADP322 is available in output voltage combinations ranging from 0.8 V to 3.3 V and offers overcurrent and thermal protection to prevent damage in adverse conditions. The ADP323 adjustable triple LDO can be configured for any output voltage between 0.5 V and 5 V with two resistors for each output.Applications Mobile phones Digital cameras and audio devices Portable and battery-powered equipment Portable medical devices Post dc-to-dc regulation

The seventh LED can also be driven to 60 mA (maximum). All LEDs are programmable for maximum current and fade in/fade out times via the I2C interface.Additionally, automated blinking routines can be independently programmed and enabled for all seven LED channels. These LEDs can also be combined into groups to reduce the processor instructions. This entire configuration is driven by a two-capacitor charge pump with gains of 1×, 1.5×, and 2×. The charge pump is capable of driving a maximum IOUT of 240 mA from a supply of 2.5 V to 5.5 V. The device includes a variety of safety features including short-circuit, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection. These features allow easy implementation of a safe and robust design. Additionally, input inrush currents are limited via an integrated soft start combined with controlled input-to-output isolation.APPLICATIONS LED indication Funlight indicator lighting Keypad backlighting RGB LED color generation and mixing General backlighting of small format displays

ADRF6702ACPZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADRF6702 provides a quadrature modulator and synthesizer solution within a small 6 mm × 6 mm footprint while requiring minimal external components. The ADRF6702 is designed for RF outputs from 1200 MHz to 2400 MHz. The low phase noise VCO and high performance quadrature modulator make the ADRF6702 suitable for next generation communication systems requiring high signal dynamic range and linearity. The integration of the IQ modulator, PLL, and VCO provides for significant board savings and reduces the BOM and design complexity. The integrated fractional-N PLL/synthesizer generates a 2× fLO input to the IQ modulator. The phase detector together with an external loop filter is used to control the VCO output. The VCO output is applied to a quadrature divider. To reduce spurious components, a sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) modulator controls the programmable PLL divider. The IQ modulator has wideband differential I and Q inputs, which support baseband as well as complex IF architectures. The single-ended modulator output is designed to drive a 50 Ω load impedance and can be disabled. The ADRF6702 is fabricated using an advanced silicon-germanium BiCMOS process. It is available in a 40-lead, exposed-paddle, Pb-free, 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package. Performance is specified from −40°C to +85°C. A lead-free evaluation board is available.APPLICATIONS Cellular communications systems GSM/EDGE, CDMA2000, W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE Broadband wireless access systems Satellite modems

SSM2135SZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The SSM2135 dual audio operational amplifier permits excel-lent performance in portable or low power audio systems, with an operating supply range of 4 V to 36 V or ±2 V to ±18 V. The unity-gain stable device has very low voltage noise of 5.2 nV/√Hz, and total harmonic distortion plus noise below 0.01% over normal signal levels and loads. Such characteristics are enhanced by wide output swing and load drive capability. A unique output stage1 permits output swing approaching the rail under moderate load conditions. Under severe loading, the SSM2135 still maintains a wide output swing with ultralow distortion. Particularly well suited for computer audio systems and portable digital audio units, the SSM2135 can perform preamplification, headphone and speaker driving, and balanced line driving and receiving. Additionally, the device is ideal for input signal conditioning in single-supply, Σ-Δ, analog-to-digital converter subsystems such as the AD1877. The SSM2135 makes an ideal single-supply stereo output amplifier for audio digital-to-analog converters (DACs) because of its low noise and distortion. The SSM2135 is available in an 8-lead plastic SOIC package and is guaranteed for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
