The ADR440/ADR441/ADR443/ADR444/ADR445 series is a family of XFET® voltage references featuring ultralow noise, high accuracy, and low temperature drift performance. Using Analog Devices, Inc., patented temperature drift curvature correction and XFET (eXtra implanted junction FET) technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the ADR440/ADR441/ADR443/ADR444/ADR445 is greatly minimized.The XFET references offer better noise performance than buried Zener references, and XFET references operate off low supply voltage headroom (500 mV). The LTC3307A is a very small, high efficiency, low noise, monolithic synchronous 3A step-down DC/DC converter operating from a 2.25V to 5.5V input supply. Using constant frequency, peak current mode control at switching frequencies 1MHz to 3MHz and minimum on-time as low as 22ns, this regulator achieves fast transient response with small external components. Silent Switcher architecture minimizes EMI emissions.The LTC3307A operates in forced continuous or pulse skip mode for low noise, or low-ripple Burst Mode operation for high efficiency at light loads, ideal for battery-powered systems. The IC regulates output voltages as low as 500mV. The AD9848 and AD9849 are highly integrated CCD signal processors for digital still camera applications. Both include a complete analog front end with A/D conversion, combined with a programmable timing driver. The Precision Timing core allows adjustment of high speed clocks with approximately 1 ns resolution.The AD9848 is specified at pixel rates of 20 MHz, and theAD9849 is specified at 30 MHz. The analog front end includesblack level clamping, CDS, PxGA, VGA, and a 10-bit or 12-bit A/Dconverter. The timing driver provides the high speed CCD clockdrivers for RG and H1–H4. The ADuM524x are dual-channel digital isolators with isoPower integrated, isolated power. The Analog Devices chip-scale transformer iCoupler technology is used both for the isolation of the logic signals as well as for the DC/DC converter.
