The AD7547 contains two 12-bit current output DACs on one monolithic chip. Also on-chip are the level shifters, data registers and control logic for easy microprocessor interfacing. There are 12data inputs. CSA, CSB, WR control DAC selection and loading. Data is latched into the DAC registers on the rising edge of WR. The device is speed compatible with most microprocessors and accepts TTL, 74HC and 5V CMOS logic level inputs.The D/A converters provide 4-quadrant multiplication capabilities with separate reference inputs and feedback resistors. Monolithic construction ensures that thermal and gain error tracking is excellent. 12-bit monotonicity is guaranteed for both DACs over the full temperature range.The AD7547 is manufactured using the Linear Compatible CMOS (LC2MOS) process. The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 devices contain six 16-/14-/12-bit, fast, low power successive approximation ADCs in a package designed on the iCMOS® process (industrial CMOS). iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, which dramatically reduces power consumption and package size.The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 feature throughput rates of up to 250 kSPS. The parts contain low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifiers that can handle input frequencies up to 4.5 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using the CONVST signals and an internal oscillator. Three CONVST pins (CONVST A, CONVST B, and CONVST C) allow independent, simultaneous sampling of the three ADC pairs. The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 have a high speed parallel and serial interface, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. When the serial interface is selected, each part has a daisy-chain feature that allows multiple ADCs to connect to a single serial interface. The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 can accommodate true bipolar input signals in the ±4 × VREF and ±2 × VREF ranges. The AD7760 is a high performance, 24-bit Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It combines wide input bandwidth and high speed with the benefits of Σ-Δ conversion to achieve a performance of 100 dB SNR at 2.5 MSPS, making it ideal for high speed data acquisition. Wide dynamic range combined with significantly reduced antialiasing requirements simplify the design process. An integrated buffer to drive the reference, a differential amplifier for signal buffering and level shifting, an overrange flag, internal gain and offset registers, and a low-pass digital FIR filter make the AD7760 a compact, highly integrated data acquisition device requiring minimal peripheral component selection. In addition, the device offers programmable decimation rates, and the digital FIR filter can be adjusted if the default characteristics are not appropriate for the application. The AD7760 is ideal for applications demanding high SNR without a complex front-end signal processing design.The differential input is sampled at up to 40 MSPS by an analog modulator. The modulator output is processed by a series of low-pass filters, with the final filter having default or user-programmable coefficients. The sample rate, filter corner frequencies, and output word rate are set by a combination of the external clock frequency and the configuration registers of the AD7760. The reference voltage supplied to the AD7760 determines the analog input range. With a 4 V reference, the analog input range is ±3.2 V differential biased around a common mode of 2 V. The AD7792/AD7793 contain a low noise 16-/24-bit Σ-Δ ADC with three differential analog inputs. The on-chip, low noise instrumentation amplifier means that signals of small amplitude can be interfaced directly to the ADC. With a gain setting of 64, the rms noise is 40 nV when the update rate equals 4.17 Hz.The devices contain a precision low noise, low drift internal band gap reference and can accept an external differential reference. Other on-chip features include programmable excitation current sources, burnout currents, and a bias voltage generator. The bias voltage generator sets the common-mode voltage of a channel to AVDD/2The devices can be operated with either the internal clock or an external clock. The SSM2143 is an integrated differential amplifier intended to receive balanced line inputs in audio applications requiring a high level of immunity from common-mode noise. The device provides a typical 90 dB of common-mode rejection (CMR), which is achieved by laser trimming of resistances to better than 0.005%.Additional features of the device include a slew rate of 10 V/µs and wide bandwidth. Total harmonic distortion (THD) is less than 0.004% over the full audio band, even while driving low impedance loads. The SSM2143 input stage is designed to handle input signals as large as +28 dBu at G = 1/2. Although primarily intended for G = 1/2 applications, a gain of 2 can be realized by reversing the +IN/-IN and SENSE/REFERENCE connections.When configured for a gain of 1/2, the SSM2143 and SSM2142 Balanced Line Driver provide a fully integrated, unity gain solution to driving audio signals over long cable runs. The SSM2167 is a complete and flexible solution for conditioning microphone inputs in personal electronics and computer audio systems. It is also excellent for improving vocal clarity in com-munications and public address systems. A low noise voltage controlled amplifier (VCA) provides a gain that is dynamically adjusted by a control loop to maintain a set compression characteristic. The compression ratio is set by a single resistor and can be varied from 1:1 to over 10:1 relative to the fixed rotation point. Signals above the rotation point are limited to prevent overload and to eliminate popping. A downward expander (noise gate) prevents amplification of background noise or hum. This results in optimized signal levels prior to digitization, thereby eliminating the need for additional gain or attenuation in the digital domain. The TMP17 is a monolithic integrated circuit temperature transducer that provides an output current proportional to absolute temperature. For a wide range of supply voltages the transducer acts as a high impedance temperature dependent current source of 1 µA/K. Improved design and laser wafer trimming of the IC's thin-film resistors allows the TMP17 to achieve absolute accuracy levels and nonlinearity errors previously unattainable at a comparable price.The TMP17 can be employed in applications between -40°C to +105°C where conventional temperature sensors (i.e., thermistor, RTD, thermocouple, diode) are currently being used. Expensive linearization circuitry, precision voltage references, bridge components, resistance measuring circuitry and cold junction compensation are not required with the TMP17.The TMP17 is available in a low cost SO-8 surface-mount package.
