The AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 are single, dual, and quad rail-to-rail input and output single-supply amplifiers featuring very low supply current and 1 MHz bandwidth. All are guaranteed to operate from a 2.7 V single supply as well as a 5 V supply. These parts provide 1 MHz bandwidth at a low current consumption of 45 μA per amplifier.Very low input bias currents enable the AD8541/AD8542/AD8544 to be used for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors, and other applications with high source impedance. The supply current is only 45 μA per amplifier, ideal for battery operation.Rail-to-rail inputs and outputs are useful to designers buffering ASICs in single-supply systems. The AD8564 is a quad 7 ns comparator with separate input and output supplies, thus enabling the input stage to be operated from ±5 V dual supplies or a 5 V single supply while maintaining a CMOS-/TTL-compatible output.Fast 7 ns propagation delay makes the AD8564 a good choice for timing circuits and line receivers. Independent analog and digital supplies provide excellent protection from supply pin interaction. The AD8564 is pin compatible with the MAX901 and has lower supply currents.All four comparators have similar propagation delays. The propagation delay for rising and falling signals is similar, and tracks over temperature and voltage. These characteristics make the AD8564 a good choice for high speed timing and data communications circuits. The OP27 precision operational amplifier combines the low offset and drift of the OP07 with both high speed and low noise. Offsets down to 25 μV and maximum drift of 0.6 μV/°C make the OP27 ideal for precision instrumentation applications. Low noise, en = 3.5 nV/√Hz, at 10 Hz, a low 1/f noise corner frequency of 2.7 Hz, and high gain (1.8 million), allow accurate high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain bandwidth product of 8 MHz and a 2.8 V/μs slew rate provide excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed, data-acquisition systems.A low input bias current of ±10 nA is achieved by use of a bias current cancellation circuit. Over the military temperature range, this circuit typically holds IB and IOS to ±20 nA and 15 nA, respectively.The output stage has good load driving capability. A guaranteed swing of ±10 V into 600 Ω and low output distortion make the OP27 an excellent choice for professional audio applications.PSRR and CMRR exceed 120 dB. These characteristics, coupled with long-term drift of 0.2 μV/month, allow the circuit designer to achieve performance levels previously attained only by discrete designs.Low cost, high volume production of OP27 is achieved by using an on-chip Zener zap-trimming network. This reliable and stable offset trimming scheme has proven its effectiveness over many years of production history.The OP27 provides excellent performance in low noise, high accuracy amplification of low level signals. Applications include stable integrators, precision summing amplifiers, precision voltage threshold detectors, comparators, and professional audio circuits such as tape heads and microphone preamplifiers.

The AD621 is an easy to use, low cost, low power, high accuracy instrumentation amplifier which is ideally suited for a wide range of applications. Its unique combination of high performance, small size and low power, outperforms discrete in amp implementations. High functionality, low gain errors and low gain drift errors are achieved by the use of internal gain setting resistors. Fixed gains of 10 and 100 can be easily set via external pin strapping. The AD621 is fully specified as a total system, therefore, simplifying the design process.For portable or remote applications, where power dissipation, size and weight are critical, the AD621 features a very low supply current of 1.3 mA max and is packaged in a compact 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin plastic DIP or 8-pin cerdip. The AD621 also excels in applications requiring high total accuracy, such as precision data acquisition systems used in weigh scales and transducer interface circuits. Low maximum error specifications including nonlinearity of 10 ppm, gain drift of 5 ppm°/C, 50 µV offset voltage and 0.6 mV/°C offset drift ('B' grade), make possible total system performance at a lower cost than has been previously achieved with discrete designs or with other monolithic instrumentation amplifiers.When operating from high source impedances, as in ECG and blood pressure monitors, the AD621 features the ideal combination of low noise and low input bias currents. Voltage noise is specified as 9 nV/(root) Hz at 1 kHz and 0.28 µV p-p from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz. Input current noise is also extremely low at 0.1 pA/Hz. The AD621 outperforms FET input devices with an input bias current specification of 1.5 nA max over the full industrial temperature range.

The AD6636 is a (Digital) Receive Signal Processor intended for direct IF sampling or highly sampled baseband radios requiring wide-bandwidth input signals. It has been optimized for the demanding filtering requirements of wideband standards like, CDMA2000, UMTS, and TD-SCDMA. The AD6636 is designed to be used as part of radio system that uses either an IF sampling ADC, or a baseband sampling ADC.The AD6636 has the following signal processing stages: a Frequency Translator, a 5th order Cascaded Integrated Comb filter, two sets of Cascaded Fixed Coefficient Finite Impulse Response (FIR) and Half Band filters, three cascaded programmable coefficient Sum of Product FIR filters, an Interpolating Half Band Filter (LHB) and a digital Automatic Gain Control (AGC) Block. Multiple modes are supported for clocking data into and out of the chip to provide flexibility for interfacing to a wide variety of digitizers. Programming and control is accomplished via serial or microport interfaces.The AD6636 features a fractional clock multiplier that uses the ADC clock to produce a digital down converter master clock up to 200 MHz. This internal phased-locked loop (PLL) allows optimum digital clock rates, regardless of the converter sampling rate, enabling the best possible digital signal decimation and filtering. Three 16-bit parallel output ports accommodate high data rate 3G applications. An on-chip interpolating half band filter can also be used to further increase the output rate while still allowing for very efficient filters. In addition, each channel has a digital AGC for output data scaling.

The AD688 is a high precision ±10 V tracking reference. Low tracking error, low initial error and low temperature drift give the AD688 reference absolute ±10 V accuracy performance previously unavailable in monolithic form. The AD688 uses a proprietary ion-implanted buried Zener diode, and laser-wafer-drift- trimming of high stability thin-film resistors to provide outstanding performance at low cost.The AD688 includes the basic reference cell and three additional amplifiers. The amplifiers are laser-trimmed for low offset and low drift and maintain the accuracy of the reference. The amplifiers are configured to allow Kelvin connections to the load and/or boosters for driving long lines or high current loads, delivering the full accuracy of the AD688 where it is required in the application circuit.The low initial error allows the AD688 to be used as a system reference in precision measurement applications requiring 12-bit absolute accuracy. In such systems, the AD688 can provide a known voltage for system calibration and the cost of periodic recalibration can therefore be eliminated. Furthermore, the mechanical instability of a trimming potentiometer and the potential for improper calibration can be eliminated by using the AD688 and calibration software.The AD688 is available in three versions. The AD688AQ and BQ grades are packaged in 16-pin cerdip (0.3') packages and are specified for operation from -40°C to +85°C. The AD688SQ grade is specified for operation from -55°C to +125°C.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Precision Tracking. The AD688 offers precision tracking ±10 V Kelvin output connections with no external components. Tracking error is less than 1.5 mV and fine-trim is available for applications requiring exact symmetry between the +10 V and −10 V outputs.  Accuracy. The AD688 offers 12-bit absolute accuracy without any user adjustments. Optional fine-trim connections are provided for applications requiring higher precision. The fine-trimming does not alter the operating conditions of the Zener or the buffer amplifiers and thus does not increase the temperature drift.  Low output noise. Output noise of the AD688 is low— typically 6 μVp-p. A pin is provided for broadband noise filtering using an external capacitor.
