Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL5542 is a broadband 20 dB linear amplifier that operates at frequencies up to 6 GHz. The device can be used in a wide variety of CATV, cellular, and instrumentation equipment. The ADL5542 provides a gain of 20 dB that is stable over frequency, temperature, power supply, and from device to device. The device is internally matched to 50 Ω with an input return loss of 10 dB or better, up to 6 GHz. Only input/output ac coupling capacitors, power supply decoupling capacitors, and an external inductor are required for operation. The ADL5542 is fabricated on an InGaP HBT process and has an ESD rating of 1 kV (Class 1C). The device is packaged in a 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP that uses an exposed paddle for excellent thermal impedance. The ADL5542 consumes 93 mA on a single 5 V supply and is fully specified for operation from −40°C to +85°C. A fully populated RoHS-compliant evaluation board is available. The ADL5541 is a companion part that offers a gain of 15 dB in a pin-compatible package.

The ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ADuM1446/ADuM1447 are micropower, 4-channel digital isolators based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technologies, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to the alternatives, such as optocoupler devices. As shown in Figure 3 in the data sheet, in standard operating mode, when ENx = 0 (internal refresh enabled), the current per channel is less than 10 μA. When ENx = 1 (internal refresh disabled), the current per channel drops to less than 1 μA.The ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ADuM1446/ADuM1447 family of quad 2.5 kV digital isolation devices are packaged in a small 16-lead QSOP and 20-lead SSOP, freeing almost 70% of board space compared to isolators packages in wide body SOIC packages.The devices withstand high isolation voltages and meet regulatory requirements, such as UL and CSA standards. In addition to the space savings, the ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ADuM1446/ADuM1447 operate with supplies as low as 2.25 V.Despite the low power consumption, all models of the ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ADuM1446/ADuM1447 provide low, pulse width distortion at <8 ns. The AD8032 (dual) is a single supply voltage feedback amplifier that features high speed performance with 80 MHz of small signal bandwidth, 30 V/µs slew rate and 125 ns settling time. This performance is possible while consuming less than 4.0 mW of power from a single +5 V supply. This feature increases the operation time of high speed, battery-powered systems without compromising dynamic performance.The AD8032 has true single supply capability with rail-to-rail input and output characteristics and is specified for +2.7 V, +5 V, and ±5 V supplies. The input voltage range can extend to 500 mV beyond each rail. The output voltage swings to within 20 mV of each rail providing the maximum output dynamic range.The AD8032 also offers excellent signal quality for only 800 µA of supply current per amplifier; THD is -62 dBc with a 2 V p-p, 1 MHz output signal, and -86 dBc for a 100 kHz, 4.6 V p-p signal on +5 V supply. The low distortion and fast settling time makes it ideal as a buffer to single supply ADCs.Operating on supplies from +2.7 V to +12 V and dual supplies up to ±6 V, the AD8032 is ideal for a wide range of applications, from battery operated systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation. The AD5233 is a quad-channel nonvolatile memory,1 digitally controlled potentiometer2 with a 64-step resolution. The device performs the same electronic adjustment function as a mechanical potentiometer with enhanced resolution, solid-state reliability, and remote controllability. The AD5233 has versatile programming using a serial peripheral interface (SPI) for 16 modes of operation and adjustment, including scratchpad programming, memory storing and restoring, increment/decrement, ?6 dB/step log taper adjustment, wiper setting readback, and extra EEMEM for user-defined information such as memory data for other components, look-up tables, or system identification information.In the scratchpad programming mode, a specific setting can be programmed directly to the RDAC register, which sets the resistance between Terminal W to Terminal A and Terminal W to Terminal B. This setting can be stored into the EEMEM and is transferred automatically to the RDAC register during system power-on.The EEMEM content can be restored dynamically or through external PR strobing. A WP function protects EEMEM contents. To simplify the programming, independent or simultaneous increment or decrement commands can be used to move the RDAC wiper up or down, one step at a time. For logarithmic ?6 dB step changes in wiper settings, the left or right bit shift command can be used to double or halve the RDAC wiper setting.The AD5233 is available in a thin 24-lead TSSOP package. The AD7547 contains two 12-bit current output DACs on one monolithic chip. Also on-chip are the level shifters, data registers and control logic for easy microprocessor interfacing. There are 12data inputs. CSA, CSB, WR control DAC selection and loading. Data is latched into the DAC registers on the rising edge of WR. The device is speed compatible with most microprocessors and accepts TTL, 74HC and 5V CMOS logic level inputs.The D/A converters provide 4-quadrant multiplication capabilities with separate reference inputs and feedback resistors. The LTC2977 is an 8-channel Power System Manager used to sequence, trim (servo), margin, supervise, manage faults, provide telemetry and create fault logs. PMBus commands support power supply sequencing, precision point-of-load voltage adjustment and margining. DACs use a proprietary soft-connect algorithm to minimize supply disturbances. Supervisory functions include overvoltage and undervoltage threshold limits for eight power supply output channels and one power supply input channel, as well as over and under temperature limits. Programmable fault responses can disable the power supplies with optional retry after a fault is detected. Faults that disable a power supply can automatically trigger black box EEPROM storage of fault status and associated telemetry. An internal 16-bit ADC monitors eight output voltages, one input voltage, and die temperature. In addition, odd numbered channels can be configured to measure the voltage across a current sense resistor. A programmable watchdog timer monitors microprocessor activity for a stalled condition and resets the microprocessor if necessary. A single wire bus synchronizes power supplies across multiple LTC Power System Management (PSM) devices.
