The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 series is a family of XFET® voltage references featuring low noise, high accuracy, and low temperature drift performance. Using Analog Devices, Inc., temperature drift curvature correction and extra implanted junction FET (XFET) technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 is minimized.The XFET references operate at lower current (800 μA) and lower supply voltage headroom (2 V) than buried Zener references. Buried Zener references require more than 5 V of headroom for operation. The ADT7301 is a complete temperature monitoring system in SOT-23 and MSOP packages. It contains a band gap temperature sensor and a 13-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature reading to a resolution of 0.03125°C.The ADT7301 has a flexible serial interface that allows easy interfacing to most microcontrollers. The interface is compatible with SPI™, QSPI and MICROWIRE™ protocol and is also compatible with DSPs. The part features a standby mode that is controlled via the serial interface. The ADF4360-3 is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer andvoltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The ADF4360-3 is designedfor a center frequency of 1750 MHz. In addition, there is adivide-by-2 option available, whereby the user gets an RF output of between 800 MHz and 975 MHz. Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. The AD7328 is an 8-channel, 12-bit plus sign, successive approximation ADC designed on the iCMOS™ (industrial CMOS) process. iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, dramatically reduced power consumption, and reduced package size.The AD7328 can accept true bipolar analog input signals. The AD7328 has four software-selectable input ranges, ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V. Each analog input channel can be independently programmed to one of the four input ranges. The analog input channels on the AD7328 can be programmed to be single-ended, true differential, or pseudo differential.The ADC contains a 2.5 V internal reference. The AD9832 is a numerically controlled oscillator employing a phase accumulator, a sine look-up table, and a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) integrated on a single CMOS chip. Modulation capabilities are provided for phase modulation and frequency modulation.Clock rates up to 25 MHz are supported. Frequency accuracy can be controlled to one part in 4 billion. Modulation is effected by loading registers through the serial interface.A power-down bit allows the user to power down the AD9832 when it is not in use, the power consumption being reduced to 5 mW (5 V) or 3 mW (3 V).
