The ADG731/ADG725 are monolithic, CMOS, 32-channel/dual 16-channel analog multiplexers with a serially controlled 3-wire interface. The ADG731 switches one of 32 inputs (S1–S32) to a common output, D. The ADG725 can be configured as a dual mux switching one of 16 inputs to one output, or a differential mux switching one of 16 inputs to a differential output. These mulitplexers utilize a 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and some DSP interface standards. On power-up, the Internal Shift Register contains all zeros and all switches are in the OFF state. These multiplexers are designed on an enhanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed with very low on resistance and leakage currents. They operate from a single supply of 1.8 V to 5.5 V or a ±2.5 V dual supply, making them ideally suited to a variety of applications. On resistance is in the region of a few ohms, is closely matched between switches, and is very flat over the full signal range. These parts can operate equally well as either multiplexers or demultiplexers and have an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the OFF condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action, preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. The ADG731 and ADG725 are serially controlled 32-channel, and dual/differential 16-channel multiplexers, respectively. They are available in either a 48-lead LFCSP or TQFP package.Product Highlights 3-Wire Serial Interface. 1.8 V to 5.5 V Single-Supply or ±2.5 V Dual-Supply Operation. AD22057RZ-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD22057 is a single-supply difference amplifier for the amplification and low-pass filtering of small differential voltages from sources having a large common-mode voltage.Supply voltages from +3 V to +36 V can be used. The input common-mode range extends from below ground to 24 V using a +5 V supply with excellent rejection of this common-mode voltage. This range is achieved by the use of a special resitive attenuator at the input, laser trimmed to a very high differential balance. Low initial offset voltage and offset voltage drift are specified, and long-term stability of gain and offset voltage is also provided.Provisions are included for optional low-pass filtering and gain adjustment. An accurate midscale offset feature allows bipolar signals to be amplified.

The AD2S83 is a monolithic 10-, 12-, 14-, or 16-bit tracking resolver-to-digital converter. The converter allows users to select their own resolution and dynamic performance with external components. The converter allows users to select the resolution to be 10, 12, 14, or 16 bits and to track resolver signals rotating at up to 1040 revs per second (62,400 rpm) when set to 10-bit resolution. The AD2S83 converts resolver format input signals into a parallel natural binary digital word using a ratiometric tracking conversion method. This ensures high noise immunity and tolerance of long leads allowing the converter to be located remote from the resolver.A precise analog signal proportional to velocity is also available and will replace atachogenerator. The AD2S83 operates over reference frequencies in the range 0 Hz to 20,000 Hz.

AD2S90APZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD2S90 is a complete 12-bit resolution tracking resolver-to- digital converter. No external components are required to operate the device. The converter accepts 2 V rms ± 10% input signals in the range 3 kHz-20 kHz on the SIN, COS and REF inputs. A Type II servo loop is employed to track the inputs and convert the input SIN and COS information into a digital representation of the input angle. The bandwidth of the converter is set internally at 1 kHz. The maximum tracking rate is 375 rps at 12-bit resolution.Angular position output information is available in two forms, absolute serial binary and incremental A quad B.The absolute serial binary output is 12-bit (1 in 4096). The data output pin is high impedance when Chip Select CS is logic HI. This allows the connection of multiple converters onto a common bus. Absolute angular information in serial pure binary form is accessed by CS followed by the application of an external clock (SCLK) with a maximum rate of 2 MHz.The encoder emulation outputs A, B and NM continuously produce signals equivalent to a 1024 line encoder. When decoded this corresponds to 12-bits resolution. Three common north marker pulse widths are selected via a single pin (NMC).An analog velocity output signal provides a representation of velocity from a rotating resolver shaft traveling in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The AD2S90 operates on a ±5 V dc ± 5% power supplies and is fabricated on Analog Devices' Linear Compatible CMOS process (LC2MOS). LC2MOS is a mixed technology process that combines precision bipolar circuits with low power CMOS logic circuits.

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5061, a member of the Analog Devices, Inc., nanoDAC™ family, is a low power, single 16-bit buffered voltage-out DAC that operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The device offers a relative accuracy specification of ±4 LSB and operation is guaranteed monotonic with a ±1 LSB DNL specification. The device uses a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 30 MHz, and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. The reference for the AD5061 is supplied from an external VREF pin. A reference buffer is also provided on-chip. The device incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to mid-scale or zero scale and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The device contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to typically 330 nA at 5 V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The device is put into power-down mode over the serial interface. Total unadjusted error for the device is <3 mV. This device exhibits very low glitch on power-up.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Available in a small 8-lead SOT-23 package. 16-bit resolution, 4 LSB INL. Low glitch on power-up. High speed serial interface with clock speeds up to 30 MHz. Three power-down modes available to the user. Reset to known output voltage (midscale or zero scale).APPLICATIONS Process control Data acquisition systems Portable battery-powered instruments Digital gain and offset adjustment Programmable voltage and current sources Programmable attenuators
