The AD7476/AD7477/AD7478 are, respectively, 12-bit, 10-bit, and 8-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADCs. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. Each part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with these parts. The AD7476/AD7477/AD7478 use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. The reference for the parts is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus, the analog input range for the parts are 0 V to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK.

AD7511DIKNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7510DI, AD7511DI and AD7512DI are a family of latch proof dielectrically isolated CMOS switches featuring over-voltage protection up to ± 25V above the power supplies. These benefits are obtained without sacrificing the low 'ON' resistance (75n) or low leakage current (500pA), the main features of an analog switch. The AD7510DI and AD7511DI consist of four independent SPST analog switches packaged in either a 16-pin DIP or a 20- terminal surface mount package. They differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The AD7512DI has two independent SPDT switches packaged either in a 14-pin DIP or a 20-terminal surface mount package. Very low power dissipation, overvoltage protection and TTL/CMOS direct interfacing are achieved by combining a unique circuit design and a dielectrically isolated CMOS process. Silicon nitride passivation ensures long term stability while monolithic construction provides reliability.

AD7657YSTZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 contain six 16-/14-/12-bit, fast, low power, successive approximation ADCs all in the one package that is designed on the iCMOS™ process (industrial CMOS). iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs, capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, which dramatically reduces power consumption and package size. The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 feature throughput rates up to 250 kSPS. The parts contain low noise, wide bandwidth, track-and-hold amplifiers that can handle input frequencies up to 12 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CONVST signals and an internal oscillator. Three CONVST pins allow independent, simultaneous sampling of the three ADC pairs. The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 all have a high speed parallel and serial interface, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. In serial interface mode, the parts have a daisy-chain feature that allows multiple ADCs to connect to a single serial interface. The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 can accommodate true bipolar input signals in the ±4 × VREF range and ±2 × VREF range. The AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 also contain an on-chip 2.5 V reference. For reduced decoupling requirements visit the AD7657-1 product pagePRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Six 16-/14-/12-bit, 250 kSPS ADCs on board. Six true bipolar, high impedance analog inputs. Parallel and high speed serial interfaces.APPLICATIONS Power line monitoring systems Instrumentation and control systems Multi-axis positioning systems
