The ADP199 is a high-side load switch designed for operation between 0.9 V to 3.6 V. A load switch provides power domain isolation, thereby helping to keep subsystems isolated and powered independently, and enabling reduced power consumption.The ADP199 contains a low on-resistance, N-channel MOSFET to minimize power loss, and supports over 500 mA of continuous load current. The low 6 ?A quiescent current and ultralow shutdown current make the ADP199 ideal for battery-operated portable equipment. The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are precision 10.0 V, 5.0 V, 2.5 V, and 3.0 V, respectively, band gap voltage references featuring high accuracy, high stability, and low power consumption. The devices are housed in tiny, 5-lead SC70 and TSOT packages, as well as in 8-lead SOIC version. The SOIC version of the ADR01, ADR02, and ADR03 are drop-in replacements1 to the industry-standard REF01, REF02, and REF03. The small footprint and wide operating range make the ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 references ideally suited for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.With an external buffer and a simple resistor network, the TEMP pin can be used for temperature sensing and approximation. A TRIM pin is provided on the devices for fine adjustment of the output voltage.The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are compact, low drift voltage references that provide a stable output voltage from a wide supply voltage range. The devices are available in 5-lead SC70 and TSOT packages and an 8-lead SOIC package with A, B, and C grade selections. The ADF4002 frequency synthesizer is used to implement local oscillators in the up-conversion and down-conversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. It consists of a low-noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, a programmable reference divider and programmable N divider. The 14-bit reference counter (R counter), allows selectable REFIN frequencies at the PFD input.A complete phase-locked loop (PLL) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). In addition, by programming R and N to 1, the device can be used as a standalone PFD and charge pump.The ADF4002-EP supports defense and aerospace applications (AQEC standard).
