The ADCMP606 and ADCMP607 are very fast comparatorsfabricated on XFCB2, an Analog Devices, Inc., proprietaryprocess. These comparators are exceptionally versatile and easyto use. Features include an input range from VEE ? 0.5 V toVCCI + 0.2 V, low noise, CML-compatible output drivers, andTTL-/CMOS-compatible latch inputs with adjustable hysteresisand/or shutdown inputs.The devices offer 1.25 ns propagation delay with 2.5 ps rmsrandom jitter (RJ). Overdrive and slew rate dispersion aretypically less than 50 ps.A flexible power supply scheme allows the devices to operatewith a single +2.5 V positive supply and a ?0.5 V to +2.7 Vinput signal range up to a +5.5 V positive supply with a ?0.5 Vto +5.7 V input signal range. The ADCMP607 features splitinput/output supplies with no sequencing restrictions tosupport a wide input signal range with independent outputswing control and power savings.The CML-compatible output stage is fully back-matched forsuperior performance. The comparator input stage offers robustprotection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do notphase reverse when the valid input signal range is exceeded. The LTM8047 is an isolated flyback ?Module DC/DC converter. The LTM8047 has an isolation rating of 725VDC. For a similar product with LDO post regulator, see the LTM8048. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, transformer, and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 3.1V to 32V, the LTM8047 supports an output voltage range of 2.5V to 12V, set by a single resistor. Only output, input, and bypass capacitors are needed to finish the design. Other components may be used to control the soft-start control and biasing.The LTM8047 is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact (11.25mm ? 9mm ? 4.92mm) over-molded ball grid array (BGA) package suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment. The ADRV9008-2 is a highly integrated, RF agile transmit subsystem offering dual channel transmitters, observation path receiver, integrated synthesizers, and digital signal processing functions. The IC delivers a versatile combination of high performance and low power consumption demanded by 2G, 3G and 4G macro-cell base stations, and active antenna, applications.The transmitters use an innovative direct conversion modulator that achieves multi-carrier macro-base-station quality performance and very low power. In 3G/4G mode, the maximum large-signal bandwidth is 200MHz. In MC-GSM mode, which has higher in-band SFDR, the maximum large-signal bandwidth is 75MHz.The observation path consists of a wide bandwidth direct-conversion receiver with state-of-the-art dynamic range. The complete receive subsystem includes dc offset correction, quadrature correction, and digital filtering thus eliminating the need for these functions in the digital baseband. Several auxiliary functions such as ADCs, DACs, and GPIOs for PA and RF-front-end control are also integrated. The fully integrated phase locked loops (PLLs) provide high performance, low power fractional-N RF frequency synthesis for the transmitter and receiver sections. An additional synthesizer is used to generate the clocks needed for the converters, digital circuits, and the serial interface. Special precautions have been taken to provide the isolation demanded in high performance base station applications. All VCO and loop filter components are integrated.The high-speed JESD204B interface supports up to 12.288 Gbps lane rates resulting in two lanes per transmitter in the widest bandwidth mode and two lanes for the observation path receiver in the widest bandwidth mode. The core of the ADRV9008-2 can be powered directly from 1.3 V and 1.8 V regulators and is controlled via a standard 4 wire serial port. Comprehensive power-down modes are included to minimize power consumption in normal use. The ADRV9008-2 is packaged in a 12mm ? 12 mm, 196-ball chip scale ball grid array (CSP_BGA).

The ADF4002 frequency synthesizer is used to implement local oscillators in the up-conversion and down-conversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. It consists of a low-noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, a programmable reference divider and programmable N divider. The 14-bit reference counter (R counter), allows selectable REFIN frequencies at the PFD input.A complete phase-locked loop (PLL) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The ADuM260N/ADuM261N/ADuM262N/ADuM263N1 are 6-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation. Channel to channel matching of propagation delay is tight at 4.0 ns maximum.The ADuM260N/ADuM261N/ADuM262N/ADuM263N data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 5.0 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide in the data sheet). The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, dc correctness is ensured in the absence of input logic transitions.
