The AD8065/AD80661 FastFET™ amplifiers are voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. The AD8065 is a single amplifier, and the AD8066 is a dual amplifier. These amplifiers are developed in the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB process and allow exceptionally low noise operation (7.0 nV/√Hz and 0.6 fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedance.With a wide supply voltage range from 5 V to 24 V, the ability to operate on single supplies, and a bandwidth of 145 MHz, the AD8065/AD8066 are designed to work in a variety of applications. For added versatility, the amplifiers also contain rail-to-rail outputs.Despite the low cost, the amplifiers provide excellent overall performance. The differential gain and phase errors of 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, along with 0.1 dB flatness out to 7 MHz, make these amplifiers ideal for video applications. Additionally, they offer a high slew rate of 180 V/µs, excellent distortion (SFDR of −88 dBc @ 1 MHz), extremely high common-mode rejection of −100 dB, and a low input offset voltage of 1.5 mV maximum under warmed up conditions. The AD8065/AD8066 operate using only a 6.4 mA/amplifier typical supply current and are capable of delivering up to 30 mA of load current.The AD8065/AD8066 are high performance, high speed, FET input amplifiers available in small packages: SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and SOT-23-5. They are rated to work over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.The AD8065WARTZ-R7 is fully qualified for automotive applications. The AD9516-0 provides a multi-output clock distribution function with subpicosecond jitter performance, along with an on-chip PLL and VCO. The on-chip VCO tunes from 2.55 GHz to 2.95 GHz. Optionally, an external VCO/VCXO of up to 2.4 GHz can be used.The AD9516-0 emphasizes low jitter and phase noise to maximize data converter performance, and it can benefit other applications with demanding phase noise and jitter requirements.The AD9516-0 features six LVPECL outputs (in three pairs) and four LVDS outputs (in two pairs). Each LVDS output can be reconfigured as two CMOS outputs. The LVPECL outputs operate to 1.6 GHz, the LVDS outputs operate to 800 MHz, and the CMOS outputs operate to 250 MHz.Each pair of outputs has dividers that allow both the divide ratio and coarse delay (or phase) to be set. The range of division for the LVPECL outputs is 1 to 32. The LVDS/CMOS outputs allow a range of divisions up to a maximum of 1024.The AD9516-0 is available in a 64-lead LFCSP and can be operated from a single 3.3 V supply. An external VCO, which requires an extended voltage range, can be accommodated by connecting the charge pump supply (VCP) to 5 V. A separate LVPECL power supply can be from 2.5 V to 3.3 V (nominal).The AD9516-0 is specified for operation over the industrial range of −40°C to +85°C. The AD7357 is a dual, 14-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC that operates from a single 2.5 V power supply and features throughput rates of up to 4.2 MSPS. The part contains two ADCs, each preceded by a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold circuit that can handle input frequencies in excess of 110 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition use standard control inputs allowing for easy interfacing to microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS; conversion is also initiated at this point. The conversion time is determined by the SCLK frequency.The AD7357 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. With a 2.5 V supply and a 4.2 MSPS throughput rate, the device consumes 14 mA typically. The part also offers flexible power/throughput rate management when operating in normal mode as the quiescent current consumption is so low.The analog input range for the device is the differential common mode ±VREF/2. The AD7357 has an on-chip 2.048 V reference that can be overdriven when an external reference is preferred.The AD7357 is available in a 16-lead thin shrink small outline package (TSSOP) and an 18-lead lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP).PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Two Complete ADC Functions. These functions allow simultaneous sampling and conversion of two channels. The conversion result of both channels is simultaneously available on separate data lines or in succession on one data line if only one serial port is available. The LTC2983 measures a wide variety of temperature sensors and digitally outputs the result, in °C or °F, with 0.1°C accuracy and 0.001°C resolution. The LTC2983 can measure the temperature of virtually all standard (type B, E, J, K, N, S, R, T) or custom thermocouples, automatically compensate for cold junction temperatures and linearize the results. The device can also measure temperature with standard 2-, 3- or 4-wire RTDs, thermistors and diodes. It has 20 reconfigurable analog inputs enabling many sensor connections and configuration options. The LTC2983 includes excitation current sources and fault detection circuitry appropriate for each type of temperature sensor.The LTC2983 allows direct interfacing to ground referenced sensors without the need for level shifters, negative supply voltages, or external amplifiers. The OP297 is the first dual op amp to pack precision performance into the space-saving, industry standard 8-pin SO package. Its combination of precision with low power and extremely low input bias current makes the dual OP297 useful in a wide variety of applications.Precision performance of the OP297 includes very low offset, under 50µV, and low drift, below 0.6µV/°C. Open-loop gain exceeds 2000V/mV insuring high linearity in every application. Errors due to common-mode signals are eliminated by the OP297's common-mode rejection of over 120 dB. The OP297's power supply rejection of over 120dB minimizes offset voltage changes experienced in battery powered systems. Supply current of the OP297 is under 625µA per amplifier and it can operate with supply voltages as low a ±2V.The OP297 utilizes a super-beta input stage with bias current cancellation to maintain picoamp bias currents at all temperatures. This is in contrast to FET input op amps whose bias currents start in the picoamp range of 25°C, but double for every 10°C rise in temperature, to reach the nanoamp range above 85°C. Input bias current of the OP297 is under 100pA at 25°C and is under 450pA over the military temperature range.Combining precision, low power and low bias current, the OP297 is ideal for a number of applications including instrumentation amplifiers, log amplifiers, phot-diode preamplifiers and long-term integrators. The ADuM160N/ADuM161N/ADuM162N/ADuM163N are 6-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation. Channel to channel matching of propagation delay is tight at 4.0 ns maximum.The ADuM160N/ADuM161N/ADuM162N/ADuM163N data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3.0 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide). The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, dc correctness is ensured in the absence of input logic transitions.
