The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are low voltage, precision centigrade temperature sensors. They provide a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the Celsius (centigrade) temperature. The TMP35/ TMP36/TMP37 do not require any external calibration to provide typical accuracies of ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range.The low output impedance of the TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 and its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADCs. All three devices are intended for single-supply operation from 2.7 V to 5.5 V maximum. The supply current runs well below 50 μA, providing very low self-heating—less than 0.1°C in still air. In addition, a shutdown function is provided to cut the supply current to less than 0.5 μA.The TMP35 is functionally compatible with the LM35/LM45 and provides a 250 mV output at 25°C. The TMP35 reads temperatures from 10°C to 125°C. The TMP36 is specified from −40°C to +125°C, provides a 750 mV output at 25°C, and operates to 125°C from a single 2.7 V supply. The TMP36 is functionally compatible with the LM50. Both the TMP35 and TMP36 have an output scale factor of 10 mV/°C.The TMP37 is intended for applications over the range of 5°C to 100°C and provides an output scale factor of 20 mV/°C. The TMP37 provides a 500 mV output at 25°C. Operation extends to 150°C with reduced accuracy for all devices when operating from a 5 V supply.The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are available in low cost 3-lead TO-92, 8-lead SOIC_N, and 5-lead SOT-23 surface-mount packages.

It guarantees a maximum multiplying error of ±1.0% and a ±10 V output voltage without the need for any external trimming resistors or output op amp. Because the AD532 is internally trimmed, its simplicity of use provides design engineers with an attractive alternative to modular multipliers, and its monolithic construction provides significant advantages in size, reliability and economy. The AD534 is a monolithic laser trimmed four-quadrant multiplier divider having accuracy specifications previously found only in expensive hybrid or modular products. A maximum multiplication error of ±0.25% is guaranteed for the AD534L without any external trimming. Excellent supply rejection, low temperature coefficients and long-term stability of the on-chip thin film resistors and buried Zener reference preserve accuracy even under adverse conditions of use. It is the first multiplier to offer fully differential, high impedance operation on all inputs, including the Z input, a feature that greatly increases its flexibility and ease of use. The scale factor is pretrimmed to the standard value of 10.00 V; by means of an external resistor, this can be reduced to values as low as 3 V.The wide spectrum of applications and the availability of several grades commend this multiplier as the first choice for all new designs. The AD534J (±1% maximum error), AD534K (±0.5% maximum), and AD534L (±0.25% maximum) are specified for operation over the 0°C to +70°C temperature range. The AD534S (±1% maximum) and AD534T (±0.5% maximum) are specified over the extended temperature range, −55°C to +125°C. All grades are available in hermetically sealed TO-100 metal cans and SBDIP packages. The LTC2444/LTC2445/LTC2448/LTC2449 are 8-/16- channel (4-/8-differential) high speed 24-bit No Latency ∆∑ ADCs. They use a proprietary delta-sigma architecture enabling variable speed/resolution. Through a simple 4-wire serial interface, ten speed/resolution combinations 6.9Hz/280nVRMS to 3.5kHz/25µVRMS (4kHz with external oscillator) can be selected with no latency between conversion results or shift in DC accuracy (offset, full-scale, linearity, drift). Additionally, a 2X speed mode can be selected enabling output rates up to 7kHz (8kHz if an external oscillator is used) with one cycle latency.Any combination of single-ended or differential inputs can be selected with a common mode input range from ground to VCC, independent of VREF. While operating in the 1X speed mode the first conversion following a new speed, resolution, or channel selection is valid. Since there is no settling time between conversions, all 8 differential channels can be scanned at a rate of 500Hz. LT8642-1 | 18V, 10A Synchronous Step-Down Silent Switcher

Demonstration circuit 3162A is a 18V, 10A synchronous step-down Silent Switcher® with spread spectrum frequency modulation featuring the LT8642-1. The demo board is designed for 1.2V output from a 2.8V to 18V input. The LT8642-1 is a compact, low emission, high efficiency, and high speed synchronous monolithic stepdown switching regulator. Special Silent Switcher architecture minimizes EMI emissions. Selectable spread spectrum mode can further improve EMI performance. Fast minimum on-time of 20ns enables high VIN to low VOUT conversion at high frequency. The LT8642-1 switching frequency can be programmed either via a resistor or external clock over a 200kHz to 3MHz range. The default frequency of demo circuit 3162A is 2MHz. The LT8642-1 SYNC/MODE pin on the demo board is grounded (JP1 at BURST position) by default for low ripple Burst Mode® operation. Spread spectrum mode and forced continuous mode can be selected respectively by moving JP1 shunt. To synchronize to an external clock, move JP1 to FCM/SYNC and apply the external clock to the SYNC terminal. The LT8642-1 data sheet gives a complete description of the part, operation, and application information. The data sheet must be read in conjunction with this demo manual for demo circuit 3162A. The LT8642-1 is assembled in a 3mm × 4mm LQFN package with exposed pads for low thermal resistance.
