The ADXL203 is a high precision, low power, complete dual-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs, all on a single, monolithic IC. The ADXL203 measures acceleration with a full-scale range of ±1.7 g, ±5 g, or ±18 g. The ADXL203 can measure both dynamic acceleration (for example, vibration) and static acceleration (for example, gravity).The typical noise floor is 110 μg/√Hz, allowing signals below 1 mg (0.06° of inclination) to be resolved in tilt sensing applications using narrow bandwidths (<60 Hz). The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using Capacitor CX and Capacitor CY at the XOUT and YOUT pins. The ADV7180 automatically detects and converts standard analog baseband television signals compatible with worldwide NTSC, PAL, and SECAM standards into 4:2:2 component video data compatible with the 8-bit ITU-R BT.656 interface standard.The simple digital output interface connects gluelessly to a wide range of MPEG encoders, codecs, mobile video processors, and Analog Devices, Inc., digital video encoders, such as the ADV7391. External HS, VS, and FIELD signals provide timing references for LCD controllers and other video ASICs, if required. Accurate 10-bit analog-to-digital conversion provides professional quality video performance for consumer applications with true 8-bit data resolution. Three analog video input channels accept standard composite, S-video, or component video signals, supporting a wide range of consumer video sources. AGC and clamp-restore circuitry allow an input video signal peak-to-peak range to 1.0 V. Alternatively, these can be bypassed for manual settings.The line-locked clock output allows the output data rate, timing signals, and output clock signals to be synchronous, asynchronous, or line locked even with ?5% line length variation. Output control signals allow glueless interface connections in many applications. The ADV7180 is programmed via a 2-wire, serial bidirectional port (I2C? compatible) and is fabricated in a 1.8 V CMOS process. Its monolithic CMOS construction ensures greater functionality with lower power dissipation. LFCSP package options makes the decoder ideal for space-constrained portable applications. The ADuM4146 is a single-channel gate driver specifically optimized for driving silicon carbide (SiC), metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs). Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology provides isolation between the input signal and the output gate drive.The ADuM4146 includes a Miller clamp to provide robust SiC turn off with a single-rail supply when the gate voltage drops to less than 2 V. Operation with unipolar or bipolar secondary supplies is possible with or without the Miller clamp operation.The Analog Devices chip scale transformers also provide isolated communication of control information between the high voltage and low voltage domains of the chip. Information on the status of the chip can be read back from dedicated outputs. Control of resetting the device after a fault on the secondary side is performed on the primary side of the device.Integrated onto the ADuM4146 is a desaturation detection circuit that provides protection against high voltage short-circuit SiC operation. The desaturation protection contains noise reducing features, such as a 300 ns masking time after a switching event to mask voltage spikes due to initial turn on (see Figure 17 in the data sheet). An optional internal 500 ?A current source allows low device count, and the internal blanking switch allows the addition of an external current source if more noise immunity is needed.The secondary undervoltage lockout (UVLO) is set to 14.5 V (typical) for Grade A and is set to 11.5 V (typical) for Grade B and Grade C with common SiC and insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) levels taken into consideration. The AD5940 and AD5941 are high precision, low power analog front ends (AFEs) designed for portable applications that require high precision, electrochemical-based measurement techniques, such as amperometric, voltammetric, or impedance measurements. The AD5940/AD5941 is designed for skin impedance and body impedance measurements, and works with the AD8233 AFE in a complete bioelectric or biopotential measurement system. The AD5940/AD5941 is designed for electrochemical toxic gas sensing.The AD5940/AD5941 consist of two high precision excitation loops and one common measurement channel, which enables a wide capability of measurements of the sensor under test. The first excitation loop consists of an ultra low power, dual-output string, digital-to-analog converter (DAC), and a low power, low noise potentiostat. One output of the DAC controls the noninverting input of the potentiostat, and the other output controls the noninverting input of the transimpedance amplifier (TIA). This low power excitation loop is capable of generating signals from dc to 200 Hz.The second excitation loop consists of a 12-bit DAC, referred to as the high speed DAC. This DAC is capable of generating high frequency excitation signals up to 200 kHz.The AD5940/AD5941 measurement channel features a 16-bit, 800 kSPS, multichannel successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with input buffers, a built in antialias filter, and a programmable gain amplifier (PGA). An input multiplexer (mux) in front of the ADC allows the user to select an input channel for measurement. These input channels include multiple external current inputs, external voltage inputs, and internal channels. The internal channels allow diagnostic measurements of the internal supply voltages, die temperature, and reference voltages.The current inputs include two TIAs with programmable gain and load resistors for measuring different sensor types. The first TIA, referred to as the low power TIA, measures low bandwidth signals. The second TIA, referred to as the high speed TIA, measures high bandwidth signals up to 200 kHz.An ultra low leakage, programmable switch matrix connects the sensor to the internal analog excitation and measurement blocks. This matrix provides an interface for connecting external transimpedance amplifier resistors (RTIAs) and calibration resistors. The matrix can also be used to multiplex multiple electronic measurement devices to the same wearable electrodes.A precision 1.82 V and 2.5 V on-chip reference source is available. The internal ADC and DAC circuits use this on-chip reference source to ensure low drift performance for the 1.82 V and 2.5 V peripherals.The AD5940/AD5941 measurement blocks can be controlled via direct register writes through the serial peripheral interface (SPI) interface, or, alternatively, by using a preprogrammable sequencer, which provides autonomous control of the AFE chip. 6 kB of static random access memory (SRAM) is partitioned for a deep data first in, first out (FIFO) and command FIFO. Measurement commands are stored in the command FIFO and measurement results are stored in the data FIFO. A number of FIFO related interrupts are available to indicate when the FIFO is full.A number of general-purpose inputs/outputs (GPIOs) are available and controlled using the AFE sequencer. The AFE sequencer allows cycle accurate control of multiple external sensor devices.The AD5940/AD5941 operate from a 2.8 V to 3.6 V supply and are specified over a temperature range of ?40?C to +85?C. The AD5940 is packaged in a 56-lead, 3.6 mm ? 4.2 mm WLCSP. The ADXRS645 is a high performance angular rate sensor with excellent vibration immunity for use in high temperature environments. The ADXRS645 is manufactured using the Analog Devices, Inc., patented high volume BiMOS surface-micromachining process with years of proven field reliability. An advanced, differential, quad sensor design provides superior acceleration and vibration rejection.The output signal, RATEOUT, is a voltage proportional to the angular rate about the axis normal to the package lid. The measurement range is a minimum of ±2000°/sec, and may be extended to ±5000°/sec with the addition of a single external resistor. The output is ratiometric with respect to a provided reference supply. Other external capacitors are required for operation.A temperature output is provided for compensation techniques. Two digital self-test inputs electromechanically excite the sensor to test proper operation of both the sensor and the signal conditioning circuits. The ADG1211 / ADG1212 / ADG1213 are monolithic complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) devices containing four independently selectable switches designed on an iCMOS® (industrial CMOS) process. iCMOS is a modular manufacturing process combining high voltage CMOS and bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage devices has been able to achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can tolerate high supply voltages while providing increased performance, dramatically lower power consumption, and reduced package size.The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth make the devices suitable for video signal switching.iCMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, making the devices ideally suited for portable and battery-powered instruments.The ADG1211 / ADG1212 / ADG1213 contain four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG1211 and ADG1212 differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The ADG1211 switches are turned on with Logic 0 on the appropriate control input, while Logic 1 is required for the ADG1212. The ADG1213 has two switches with digital control logic similar to that of the ADG1211; the logic is inverted on the other two switches. The ADG1213 exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications.Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The ADF4360-8 is an integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltagecontrolled oscillator (VCO). The ADF4360-8 center frequencyis set by external inductors. This allows a frequencyrange of between 65 MHz to 400 MHz. Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. The device operates with a power supply ranging from 3.0 V to 3.6 V and can be powered down when not in use.?
