ADG3233BRMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG3233 is a bypass switch designed on a submicron process which operates from supplies as low as1.65 V. The device is guaranteed for operation over the supply range 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It operates from two supplyvoltages allowing bidirectional level translation, that is. it translates low voltages to higher voltages and vice versa. The signal path is unidirectional, meaning data may only flow from A to Y.This type of device may be used in applications that require a bypassing function. It is ideally suited tobypassing devices in a JTAG chain or bypassing devices in a daisy-chain loop. One switch could be used for eachdevice or a number of devices, thus allowing easy bypassing of one or more devices in a chain. This may beparticularly useful in reducing the time overhead in testing devices in the JTAG chain or in daisy-chain applicationswhere the user does not wish to change the settings of a particular device. The bypass switch is packaged in two of the smallest footprints available for its required pin count. The 8-leadSOT-23 package requires only 2.9 mm x 2.8 mm board space, while the MSOP package occupies approximately3 mm x 4.9 mm board area.

The SSM2315 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, Class-D audioamplifier. It is designed to maximize performance for mobilephone applications. The application circuit requires a minimumof external components and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 Vsupply. It is capable of delivering 3 W of continuous output powerwith 103 dB.Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used to providelower EMI-radiated emissions compared with other Class-Darchitectures.The SSM2315 has a micropower shutdown mode with a typicalshutdown current of 20 nA. Shutdown is enabled by applyinga logic low to the SD pin.The device also includes pop-and-click suppression circuitry. This suppression circuitry minimizes voltage glitches at theoutput during turn-on and turn-off, reducing audible noiseon activation and deactivation. The fully differential input of the SSM2315 provides excellentrejection of common-mode noise on the input. Input couplingcapacitors can be omitted if the dc input common-mode voltageis approximately VDD/2.The default gain of the SSM2315 is 6 dB, but users can reduce thegain by using a pair of external resistors. The SSM2315 is specified over the industrial temperature range of?40?C to +85?C. It has built-in thermal shutdown and outputshort-circuit protection. It is available in a 9-ball, 1.5 mm ? 1.5 mmwafer level chip scale package (WLCSP). ADUM2201BRWZ-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADuM2200 / ADuM2201 are 2-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics that are superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices.By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. Typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Furthermore, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one-sixth the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates. The ADuM2200 / ADuM2201 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in two channel configurations with data rates up to 10 Mbps (see the Ordering Guide). Both parts operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems, as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. TheADuM2200 / ADuM2201 isolators have a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and during power-up/power-down conditions.Similar to the ADuM3200 / ADuM3201 isolators, the ADuM2200 / ADuM2201 isolators contain various circuit and layout enhancements that provide increased capability relative to system-level IEC 61000-4-x testing (ESD, burst, and surge). The precise capability in these tests for either the ADuM3200 / ADuM3201 or ADuM2200 / ADuM2201 products is strongly determined by the design and layout of the user’s board or module.
