The LT3383 is a complete power management solution for advanced portable application processor-based systems. The device contains four synchronous step-down DC/DC converters for core, memory, I/O, and system on-chip (SoC) rails and three 300mA LDO regulators for low noise analog supplies.Regulator start-up is sequenced by connecting outputs to enable pins in the desired order. A master power-on pin is provided to initiate pin-strapped power-on sequences.A status pin is available to indicate regulator undervoltages. The ADuM130D/ADuM130E/ADuM131D/ADuM131E are triple-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns at 5 V operation. Channel matching is tight at 3.0 ns maximum.The ADuM130D/ADuM130E/ADuM131D/ADuM131E data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3.75 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide). The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.8 V to 5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, dc correctness is ensured in the absence of input logic transitions. Two different fail-safe options are available, in which the outputs transition to a predetermined state when the input power supply is not applied or the inputs are disabled. The AD7981 is a 16-bit, successive approximation, PulSAR? analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for high temperature operation. The AD7981 is capable of sample rates of up to 600 kSPS while maintaining low power consumption from a single power supply, VDD. It is a fast throughput, high accuracy, high temperature, successive approximation register (SAR) ADC, packaged in a small form factor with a versatile serial port interface (SPI).On the CNV rising edge, the AD7981 samples an analog input, IN+, between 0 V and REF with respect to a ground sense, IN?. The reference voltage, REF, is applied externally and can be set independent of the supply voltage, VDD. The device power scales linearly with throughput.The SPI-compatible serial interface also features the ability, using the SDI input, to daisy-chain several ADCs on a single, 3-wire bus and provides an optional busy indicator. It is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, or 5 V logic, using the separate supply, VIO.For space constrained applications, the AD7981 is available in a 10-lead mini small outline package (MSOP) with operation speci-fied from ?55?C to +175?C and 10-lead ceramic flat package (FLATPACK) with operation specified from ?55?C to +210?C. The ADM2485 differential bus transceiver is an integrated, galvanically isolated component designed for bidirectional data communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. It is designed for balanced transmission lines and complies with ANSI/TIA/EIA RS-485-A-98 and ISO 8482:1987(E).The device employs Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology to combine a 3-channel isolator, a three-state differential line driver, and a differential input receiver into a single package. An on-chip oscillator outputs a pair of square waveforms that drive an external transformer to provide isolated power with an external transformer. The logic side of the device can be powered with either a 5 V or a 3.3 V supply, and the bus side is powered with an isolated 5 V supply.The ADM2485 driver has an active high enable. The driver differential outputs and the receiver differential inputs are connected internally to form a differential input/output port that imposes minimal loading on the bus when the driver is disabled or when VDD1 or VDD2 = 0 V. Also provided is an active high receiver disable that causes the receive output to enter a high impedance state.The device has current-limiting and thermal shutdown features to protect against output short circuits and situations where bus contention might cause excessive power dissipation. The amplifier operates between 24 and 43.5 GHz, delivering 23 dB of small signal gain, 2.2 dB noise figure, and output IP3 of +22 dBm, while requiring only 70 mA from a +2.5 V supply. The P1dB output power of +12 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for many of Hittite’s balanced, I/Q and image reject mixers.
