The ADP2323 is a full featured, dual output, step-down dc-to-dc regulator based on current-mode architecture. The ADP2323 integrates two high-side power MOSFETs and two low-side drivers for the external N-channel MOSFETs. The two pulse-width mod-ulation (PWM) channels can be configured to deliver dual 3 A outputs or a parallel-to-single 6 A output. The regulator operates from input voltages of 4.5 V to 20 V, and the output voltage can be as low as 0.6 V.The switching frequency can be programmed between 250 kHz and 1.2 MHz, or synchronized to an external clock to minimize interference in multirail applications. The dual PWM channels run 180° out of phase, thereby reducing input current ripple as well as reducing the size of the input capacitor.The bidirectional synchronization pin can be programmed at a 60°, 90°, or 120° phase shift, providing the possibility for a stackable multiphase power solution.The ADP2323 can be set to operate in pulse-frequency modulation (PFM) mode at a light load for higher efficiency or in forced PWM for noise sensitive applications. External compensation and soft start provide design flexibility. Independent enable inputs and power good outputs provide reliable power sequencing. The ADN88341 is a monolithic TEC controller with an integrated TEC controller. It has a linear power stage, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) power stage, and two zero-drift, rail-to-rail operational amplifiers. The linear controller works with the PWM driver to control the internal power MOSFETs in an H-bridge configuration. By measuring the thermal sensor feedback voltage and using the integrated operational amplifiers as a proportional integral differential (PID) compensator to condition the signal, the ADN8834 drives current through a TEC to settle the temperature of a laser diode or a passive component attached to the TEC module to the programmed target temperature.The ADN8834 supports negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors as well as positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resistive temperature detectors (RTD). The target temperature is set as an analog voltage input either from a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) or from an external resistor divider.The temperature control loop of the ADN8834 is stabilized by PID compensation utilizing the built in, zero drift chopper amplifiers. The internal 2.50 V reference voltage provides a 1% accurate output that is used to bias a thermistor temperature sensing bridge as well as a voltage divider network to program the maximum TEC current and voltage limits for both the heating and cooling modes. The ADT7310 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in a narrow SOIC package. It contains a band gap temperature reference and a 13-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a 0.0625°C resolution. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to 13 bits (0.0625 °C). This can be changed to 16 bits (0.0078 °C) by setting Bit 7 in the configuration register (Register Address 0x01).The ADT7310 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the average supply current is typically 210 μA. The ADT7310 has a shutdown mode that powers down the device and offers a shutdown current of typically 2 μA. The ADT7310 is rated for operation over the −55°C to +150°C temperature range.The CT pin is an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable critical temperature limit. The default critical temperature limit is 147°C. The INT pin is also an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable limit. The HMC463LP5(E) is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT Low Noise AGC Distributed Amplifier packaged in a leadless 5x5 mm surface mount package which operates between 2 and 20 GHz. The amplifier provides 13 dB of gain, 2.8 dB noise figure and 18 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression while requiring only 60mA from a +5V supply. An optional gate bias (Vgg2) is provided to allow Adjustable Gain Control (AGC) of 8 dB typical. Gain flatness is excellent at 0.5 dB from 6 - 18 GHz making the HMC463LP5(E) ideal for EW, ECM RADAR and test equipment applications. The ADuM160N/ADuM161N/ADuM162N/ADuM163N are 6-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation. Channel to channel matching of propagation delay is tight at 4.0 ns maximum.The ADuM160N/ADuM161N/ADuM162N/ADuM163N data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3.0 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide). The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, dc correctness is ensured in the absence of input logic transitions.
