AD797ARZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD797 is a very low noise, low distortion operational amplifier ideal for use as a preamplifier. The low noise of 0.9 nV√Hz and low total harmonic distortion of -120 dB at audio bandwidths give the AD797 the wide dynamic range necessary for preamps in microphones and mixing consoles.Furthermore, the AD797's excellent slew rate of 20 V/µs and 110 MHz gain bandwidth make it highly suitable for low frequency ultrasound applications. The AD797 is also useful in IR and Sonar Imaging applications where the widest dynamic range is necessary. The low distortion and 16-bit settling time of the AD797 make it ideal for buffering the inputs to Sigma Delta ADCs or the outputs of high resolution DACs especially when they are used in critical applications such as seismic detection and spectrum analyzers. Key features such as a 50 mA output current drive and the specified power supply voltage range of ±5 to ±15 volts make the AD797 an excellent general purpose amplifier.APPLICATIONS Professional audio preamplifiers IR, CCD, and sonar imaging systems Spectrum analyzers Ultrasound preamplifiers Seismic detectors Σ-Δ ADC/DAC buffers

AD7994BRUZ-0
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7994 is a 4-channel, 10- and 12-bit, low power, successive approximation ADCs with an I2C-compatible interface. The parts operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply and feature a 2 µs conversion time. The parts contain a 4-channel multiplexer and track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 11 MHz.The AD7994 provides a two-wire serial interface which is compatible with I2C interfaces. The part comes in two versions, AD7994-0 and AD7994-1. Each version allows for a minimum of two different I2C addresses. The I2C interface on the AD7994-0 supports Standard and Fast I2C Interface Modes. The I2C interface on the AD7994-1 supports Standard, Fast and two High-Speed I2C Interface Modes. The AD7994 normally remain in a shutdown state while not converting, and power up only for conversions. The conversion process can be controlled using the CONVST pin, by a command mode where conversions occur across I2C write operations, or an automatic conversion interval mode selected through software control. The AD7994 require an external reference that should be applied to the REFIN pin and can be in the range of 1.2 V to VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. On-chip limit registers can be programmed with high and low limits for the conversion result, and an open-drain, out-of-range indicator output (ALERT) becomes active when the programmed high or low limits are violated by the conversion result. This output can be used as an interrupt.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 2 µs conversion time with low power consumption. I2C-compatible serial interface with pin-selectable addresses. Two AD7993 / AD7994 versions allow five AD7993 / AD7994 devices to be connected to the same serial bus. The parts feature automatic shutdown while not converting to maximize power efficiency. Current consumption is 1 µA max when in shutdown mode. Reference can be driven up to the power supply. Out-of-range indicator that can be software disabled or enabled. One-shot and automatic conversion rates. Registers can store minimum and maximum conversion results.

OP2177ARZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The OPx177 family consists of very high precision, single, dual, and quad amplifiers featuring extremely low offset voltage and drift, low input bias current, low noise, and low power consump-tion. Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of over 1000 pF with no external compensation. Supply current is less than 500 μA per amplifier at 30 V. The OP4177 (quad) is available in TSSOP and 14-lead narrow SOIC packages. Moreover, specified performance in the MSOP and the TSSOP is identical to performance in the SOIC package. MSOP and TSSOP are available in tape and reel only. The OPx177 family offers the widest specified temperature range of any high precision amplifier in surface-mount packaging. All versions are fully specified for operation from −40°C to +125°C for the most demanding operating environments.Applications for these amplifiers include precision diode power measurement, voltage and current level setting, and level detection in optical and wireless transmission systems. OP270EZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The OP270 is a high performance, monolithic, dual operational amplifier with exceptionally low voltage noise density (5 nV/√Hz maximum at 1 kHz). It offers comparable performance to the industry-standard OP27 from Analog Devices, Inc. The OP270 features an input offset voltage of less than 75 μV and an offset drift of less than 1 μV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. Open-loop gain of the OP270 is more than 1,500,000 into a 10 kΩ load, ensuring excellent gain accuracy and linearity, even in high gain applications. The input bias current is less than 20 nA, which reduces errors due to signalsource resistance. With a common-mode rejection (CMR) of greater than 106 dB and a power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of less than 3.2 μV/V, the OP270 significantly reduces errors due to ground noise and power supply fluctuations. The power consumption of the dual OP270 is one-third less than two OP27 devices, a significant advantage for power conscious applications. The OP270 is unity-gain stable with a gain bandwidth product of 5 MHz and a slew rate of 2.4 V/μs.The OP270 offers excellent amplifier matching, which is important for applications such as multiple gain blocks, low noise instrumentation amplifiers, dual buffers, and low noise active filters. The OP270 conforms to the industry-standard 8-lead CERDIP and PDIP pinouts. For higher speed applications, the ADA4004-2 or the AD8676 are recommended. For a quad op amp, see the OP470 data sheet.

OP497FPZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The OP497 is a quad op amp with precision performance in the space-saving, industry standard 16-lead SOlC package. Its combination of exceptional precision with low power and extremely low input bias current makes the quad OP497 useful in a wide variety of applications.Precision performance of the OP497 includes very low offset (120 dB. The OP497 has a power supply rejection of >120 dB which minimizes offset voltage changes experienced in battery-powered systems. The supply current of the OP497 is The OP497 uses a superbeta input stage with bias current cancellation to maintain picoamp bias currents at all temperatures. This is in contrast to FET input op amps whose bias currents start in the picoamp range at 25°C but double for every 10°C rise in temperature to reach the nanoamp range above 85°C. The input bias current of the OP497 is Combining precision, low power, and low bias current, the OP497 is ideal for a number of applications, including instrumentation amplifiers, log amplifiers, photodiode preamplifiers, and long-term integrators. For a single device, see the OP97 data sheet, and for a dual device, see the OP297 data sheet.
