Demo circuit 1560A is an isolated flyback μModule® DC/DC converter with LDO post regulator featuring LTM8048. The demo circuit is designed for a 6V flyback output and a 5V post regulator output from a 4.5V to 30V input. The typical current capability of the 6V flyback output varies with input voltage from about 110mA at VIN = 4.5V to about 370mA at VIN = 30V. The circuit provides 725VDC isolation.

The LT3383 is a complete power management solution for advanced portable application processor-based systems. The device contains four synchronous step-down DC/DC converters for core, memory, I/O, and system on-chip (SoC) rails and three 300mA LDO regulators for low noise analog supplies.Regulator start-up is sequenced by connecting outputs to enable pins in the desired order. A master power-on pin is provided to initiate pin-strapped power-on sequences.A status pin is available to indicate regulator undervoltages. The ADuM130D/ADuM130E/ADuM131D/ADuM131E are triple-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns at 5 V operation. Channel matching is tight at 3.0 ns maximum.The ADuM130D/ADuM130E/ADuM131D/ADuM131E data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3.75 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide). The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.8 V to 5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, dc correctness is ensured in the absence of input logic transitions. Two different fail-safe options are available, in which the outputs transition to a predetermined state when the input power supply is not applied or the inputs are disabled. The ADM2485 differential bus transceiver is an integrated, galvanically isolated component designed for bidirectional data communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. It is designed for balanced transmission lines and complies with ANSI/TIA/EIA RS-485-A-98 and ISO 8482:1987(E).The device employs Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology to combine a 3-channel isolator, a three-state differential line driver, and a differential input receiver into a single package. An on-chip oscillator outputs a pair of square waveforms that drive an external transformer to provide isolated power with an external transformer. The logic side of the device can be powered with either a 5 V or a 3.3 V supply, and the bus side is powered with an isolated 5 V supply.The ADM2485 driver has an active high enable. The driver differential outputs and the receiver differential inputs are connected internally to form a differential input/output port that imposes minimal loading on the bus when the driver is disabled or when VDD1 or VDD2 = 0 V. Also provided is an active high receiver disable that causes the receive output to enter a high impedance state.The device has current-limiting and thermal shutdown features to protect against output short circuits and situations where bus contention might cause excessive power dissipation.
