The AD9970 is a highly integrated CCD signal processor for high speed digital video camera applications. Specified at pixel rates of up to 65 MHz, the AD9970 consists of a complete analog front end with analog-to-digital conversion combined with a programmable timing driver. The Precision Timing core allows adjustment of high speed clocks with 240 ps resolution at 65 MHz operation. The AD9970 also contains a reduced range LVDS interface for data outputs.The analog front end includes black level clamping, CDS, VGA, and a 65 MSPS, 14-bit ADC. The timing driver provides the high speed CCD clock drivers for RG, HL, and H1 to H4. The ADE7761B is a high accuracy, fault-tolerant, electrical energy measurement IC intended for use with 2-wire distribution systems. The part specifications surpass the accuracy requirements as quoted in the IEC 62053-21 standard. The only analog circuitry used on the ADE7761B is in the ADCs and reference circuit. All other signal processing (such as multiplication and filtering) is carried out in the digital domain. This approach provides superior stability and accuracy over extremes in environmental conditions and over time. The ADE7761B incorporates a fault detection scheme similar to the ADE7751 by continuously monitoring both phase and neutral currents. A fault is indicated when the currents differ by more than 6.25%.The ADE7761B incorporates a missing neutral detection scheme by continuously monitoring the input voltage. When a missing neutral condition is detected (no voltage input), the ADE7761B continues billing based on the active current signal (see the Missing Neutral Mode section). The missing neutral condition is indicated when the FAULT pin goes high. The ADE7761B supplies average active power information on the low frequency outputs, F1 and F2. The CF logic output gives instantaneous active power information.The ADE7761B includes a power supply monitoring circuit on the VDD supply pin. Internal phase matching circuitry ensures that the voltage and current channels are matched. An internal no-load threshold ensures that the ADE7761B does not exhibit any creep when there is no load.

The AD7357 is a dual, 14-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC that operates from a single 2.5 V power supply and features throughput rates of up to 4.2 MSPS. The part contains two ADCs, each preceded by a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold circuit that can handle input frequencies in excess of 110 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition use standard control inputs allowing for easy interfacing to microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS; conversion is also initiated at this point. The conversion time is determined by the SCLK frequency.The AD7357 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. With a 2.5 V supply and a 4.2 MSPS throughput rate, the device consumes 14 mA typically. The part also offers flexible power/throughput rate management when operating in normal mode as the quiescent current consumption is so low.The analog input range for the device is the differential common mode ±VREF/2. The AD7357 has an on-chip 2.048 V reference that can be overdriven when an external reference is preferred.The AD7357 is available in a 16-lead thin shrink small outline package (TSSOP) and an 18-lead lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP).PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Two Complete ADC Functions. These functions allow simultaneous sampling and conversion of two channels. The conversion result of both channels is simultaneously available on separate data lines or in succession on one data line if only one serial port is available. The ADAU1701 is a complete single-chip audio system with a 28-/56-bit audio DSP, ADCs, DACs, and microcontroller-like control interfaces. Signal processing includes equalization, cross-over, bass enhancement, multiband dynamics processing, delay compensation, speaker compensation, and stereo image widening. This processing can be used to compensate for real-world limitations of speakers, amplifiers, and listening environments, providing dramatic improvements in perceived audio quality.Its signal processing is comparable to that found in high end studio equipment. Most processing is done in full 56-bit, double precision mode, resulting in very good low level signal performance. The ADAU1701 is a fully programmable DSP. The easy to use SigmaStudio™ software allows the user to graphically configure a custom signal processing flow using blocks such as biquad filters, dynamics processors, level controls, and GPIO interface controls.ADAU1701 programs can be loaded on power-up either from a serial EEPROM through its own self-boot mechanism or from an external microcontroller. On power-down, the current state of the parameters can be written back to the EEPROM from the ADAU1701 to be recalled the next time the program is run.Two Σ-Δ ADCs and four Σ-Δ DACs provide a 98.5 dB analog input to analog output dynamic. Each ADC has a THD + N of −83 dB, and each DAC has a THD + N of −90 dB. Digital input and output ports allow a glueless connection to additional ADCs and DACs. The AD8313 is a complete multistage demodulating logarithmic amplifier that can accurately convert an RF signal at its input to an equivalent decibel-scaled value at its dc output. The AD8313 maintains a high degree of log conformance for signal frequencies from 0.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz. Application is straightforward, requiring only a single supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and the addition of a suitable input and supply decoupling. Operating on a 3 V supply, its 13.7 mA consumption (for TA = 25°C) is only 41 mW. A power-down feature is provided; the input is taken high to initiate a low current (20 µA) sleep mode, with a threshold at half the supply voltageThe AD8313 is fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc., advanced 25 GHz silicon bipolar IC process and is available in an 8-lead MSOP package.
