The ADL5391 draws on three decades of experience in advanced analog multiplier products. It provides the same general mathematical function that has been field proven to provide an exceptional degree of versatility in function synthesis:VW = α × (VX x VY)/1 V + VZThe most significant advance in the ADL5391 is the use of anew multiplier core architecture, which differs markedly fromthe conventional form that has been in use since 1970. Theconventional structure that employs a current mode, translinearcore is fundamentally asymmetric with respect to the X and Yinputs, leading to relative amplitude and timing misalignmentsthat are problematic at high frequencies. The new multiplier coreeliminates these misalignments by offering symmetric signalpaths for both X and Y inputs. The Z input allows a signal to beadded directly to the output. This can be used to cancel a carrieror to apply a static offset voltage.The fully differential X, Y, and Z input interfaces are operationalover a ±2 V range, and they can be used in single-ended fashion.The user can apply a common mode at these inputs to varyfrom the internally set VPOS/2 down to ground. If these inputsare ac-coupled, their nominal voltage will be VPOS/2. These inputinterfaces each present a differential 500 Ω input impedance up toapproximately 700 MHz, decreasing to 50 Ω at 2 GHz. The gainscaling input, GADJ, can be used for fine adjustment of the gainscaling constant (α) about unity.The differential output can swing ±2 V about the VPOS/2common-mode and can be taken in a single-ended fashion aswell. The output common mode is designed to interface directlyto the inputs of another ADL5391. Light dc loads can be groundreferenced; however, ac-coupling of the outputs is recommendedfor heavy loads.The ENBL pin allows the ADL5391 to be disabled quickly to astandby mode. The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are low voltage, precision centigrade temperature sensors. They provide a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the Celsius (centigrade) temperature. The TMP35/ TMP36/TMP37 do not require any external calibration to provide typical accuracies of ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range.The low output impedance of the TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 and its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADCs. All three devices are intended for single-supply operation from 2.7 V to 5.5 V maximum. The supply current runs well below 50 μA, providing very low self-heating—less than 0.1°C in still air. In addition, a shutdown function is provided to cut the supply current to less than 0.5 μA.The TMP35 is functionally compatible with the LM35/LM45 and provides a 250 mV output at 25°C. The TMP35 reads temperatures from 10°C to 125°C. The TMP36 is specified from −40°C to +125°C, provides a 750 mV output at 25°C, and operates to 125°C from a single 2.7 V supply. The TMP36 is functionally compatible with the LM50. The ADP5053 combines four high performance buck regulators, a supervisory circuit, a watchdog timer, and a manual reset in a 48-lead LFCSP package that meets demanding performance and board space requirements. The device enables direct connection to high input voltages up to 15.0 V with no preregulators.Channel 1 and Channel 2 integrate high-side power MOSFET and low-side MOSFET drivers. External NFETs can be used in low-side power devices to achieve an efficiency optimized solution and deliver a programmable output current of 1.2 A, 2.5 A, or 4 A. Combining Channel 1 and Channel 2 in a parallel configuration can provide a single output with up to 8 A of current.Channel 3 and Channel 4 integrate both high-side and low-side MOSFETs to deliver an output current of 1.2 A.The switching frequency of the ADP5053 can be programmed or synchronized to an external clock. The ADM2xxE is a family of robust RS-232 and V.28 interface devices which operates from a single +5 V power supply. These products are suitable for operation in harsh electrical environments and are compliant with the EU directive on EMC (89/336/ EEC). Both the level of emissions and immunity are in compliance. EM immunity includes ESD protection in excess of ±15 kV on all I-O lines (1000-4-2), Fast Transient Burst protection (1000-4-4) and Radiated Immunity (1000-4-3). EM emissions include radiated and conducted emissions as required by Information Technology Equipment EN55022, CISPR22.All devices fully conform to the EIA-232E and CCITT V.28 specifications and operate at data rates up to 230 kbps. Shutdown and Enable control pins are provided on some of the products. The shutdown function on the ADM211E disables the charge pump and all transmitters and receivers. On the ADM213E the charge pump, all transmitters, and three of the five receivers are disabled. The remaining two receivers remain active thereby allowing monitoring of peripheral devices. This feature allows the device to be shut down until a peripheral device begins communication. The active receivers can alert the processor which can then take the ADM213E out of the shutdown mode. The ADuCRF101 is a fully integrated, data acquisition solution that is designed for low power, wireless applications. It features a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a low power ARM Cortex™-M3 processor, a 862 MHz to 928 MHz and 431 MHz to 464 MHz RF transceiver, and Flash®/EE memory. The ADuCRF101 is packaged in a 9 mm × 9 mm LFCSP.The data acquisition section consists of a 12-bit SAR ADC. The six inputs can be configured in single-ended or differential mode. When configured in single-ended mode, they can be used for ratiometric measurements on sensors that are powered, when required, from the internal low dropout regulator (LDO).
