The ADL5391 draws on three decades of experience in advanced analog multiplier products. It provides the same general mathematical function that has been field proven to provide an exceptional degree of versatility in function synthesis:VW = α × (VX x VY)/1 V + VZThe most significant advance in the ADL5391 is the use of anew multiplier core architecture, which differs markedly fromthe conventional form that has been in use since 1970. Theconventional structure that employs a current mode, translinearcore is fundamentally asymmetric with respect to the X and Yinputs, leading to relative amplitude and timing misalignmentsthat are problematic at high frequencies. The new multiplier coreeliminates these misalignments by offering symmetric signalpaths for both X and Y inputs. The Z input allows a signal to beadded directly to the output. This can be used to cancel a carrieror to apply a static offset voltage.The fully differential X, Y, and Z input interfaces are operationalover a ±2 V range, and they can be used in single-ended fashion.The user can apply a common mode at these inputs to varyfrom the internally set VPOS/2 down to ground. If these inputsare ac-coupled, their nominal voltage will be VPOS/2. These inputinterfaces each present a differential 500 Ω input impedance up toapproximately 700 MHz, decreasing to 50 Ω at 2 GHz. The gainscaling input, GADJ, can be used for fine adjustment of the gainscaling constant (α) about unity.The differential output can swing ±2 V about the VPOS/2common-mode and can be taken in a single-ended fashion aswell. The output common mode is designed to interface directlyto the inputs of another ADL5391. Light dc loads can be groundreferenced; however, ac-coupling of the outputs is recommendedfor heavy loads.The ENBL pin allows the ADL5391 to be disabled quickly to astandby mode. It operates off supply voltages from 4.5 V to 5.5 Vwhile consuming approximately 130 mA.The ADL5391 is fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary,high performance, 65 GHz, SOI complementary, SiGe bipolarIC process. The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are low voltage, precision centigrade temperature sensors. They provide a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the Celsius (centigrade) temperature. The TMP35/ TMP36/TMP37 do not require any external calibration to provide typical accuracies of ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range.The low output impedance of the TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 and its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADCs. All three devices are intended for single-supply operation from 2.7 V to 5.5 V maximum. The supply current runs well below 50 μA, providing very low self-heating—less than 0.1°C in still air. In addition, a shutdown function is provided to cut the supply current to less than 0.5 μA.The TMP35 is functionally compatible with the LM35/LM45 and provides a 250 mV output at 25°C. The TMP35 reads temperatures from 10°C to 125°C. The TMP36 is specified from −40°C to +125°C, provides a 750 mV output at 25°C, and operates to 125°C from a single 2.7 V supply. The TMP36 is functionally compatible with the LM50. Both the TMP35 and TMP36 have an output scale factor of 10 mV/°C.The TMP37 is intended for applications over the range of 5°C to 100°C and provides an output scale factor of 20 mV/°C. The TMP37 provides a 500 mV output at 25°C. Operation extends to 150°C with reduced accuracy for all devices when operating from a 5 V supply.The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are available in low cost 3-lead TO-92, 8-lead SOIC_N, and 5-lead SOT-23 surface-mount packages.

The ADP5053 combines four high performance buck regulators, a supervisory circuit, a watchdog timer, and a manual reset in a 48-lead LFCSP package that meets demanding performance and board space requirements. The device enables direct connection to high input voltages up to 15.0 V with no preregulators.Channel 1 and Channel 2 integrate high-side power MOSFET and low-side MOSFET drivers. External NFETs can be used in low-side power devices to achieve an efficiency optimized solution and deliver a programmable output current of 1.2 A, 2.5 A, or 4 A. Combining Channel 1 and Channel 2 in a parallel configuration can provide a single output with up to 8 A of current.Channel 3 and Channel 4 integrate both high-side and low-side MOSFETs to deliver an output current of 1.2 A.The switching frequency of the ADP5053 can be programmed or synchronized to an external clock. The ADP5053 contains a precision enable pin on each channel for easy power-up sequencing or adjustable UVLO threshold.The ADP5053 contains supervisory circuits that monitor the voltage level. The watchdog timer can generate a reset if the WDI pin is not toggled within a preset timeout period. The ADM2xxE is a family of robust RS-232 and V.28 interface devices which operates from a single +5 V power supply. These products are suitable for operation in harsh electrical environments and are compliant with the EU directive on EMC (89/336/ EEC). Both the level of emissions and immunity are in compliance. EM immunity includes ESD protection in excess of ±15 kV on all I-O lines (1000-4-2), Fast Transient Burst protection (1000-4-4) and Radiated Immunity (1000-4-3). EM emissions include radiated and conducted emissions as required by Information Technology Equipment EN55022, CISPR22.All devices fully conform to the EIA-232E and CCITT V.28 specifications and operate at data rates up to 230 kbps. Shutdown and Enable control pins are provided on some of the products. The shutdown function on the ADM211E disables the charge pump and all transmitters and receivers. On the ADM213E the charge pump, all transmitters, and three of the five receivers are disabled. The remaining two receivers remain active thereby allowing monitoring of peripheral devices. This feature allows the device to be shut down until a peripheral device begins communication. The active receivers can alert the processor which can then take the ADM213E out of the shutdown mode. Operating from a single +5 V supply, four external 0.1 µF capacitors are required. The ADM206E is available in a 24-pin SO package. The ADM207E and ADM208E are available in 24-pin DIP, SO, SSOP and TSSOP packages. The ADM211E and ADM213E are available in 28-pin SO, SSOP and TSSOP packages. The ADuCRF101 is a fully integrated, data acquisition solution that is designed for low power, wireless applications. It features a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a low power ARM Cortex™-M3 processor, a 862 MHz to 928 MHz and 431 MHz to 464 MHz RF transceiver, and Flash®/EE memory. The ADuCRF101 is packaged in a 9 mm × 9 mm LFCSP.The data acquisition section consists of a 12-bit SAR ADC. The six inputs can be configured in single-ended or differential mode. When configured in single-ended mode, they can be used for ratiometric measurements on sensors that are powered, when required, from the internal low dropout regulator (LDO). An internal battery monitor channel and an on-chip temperature sensor are also available.This wireless data acquisition system is designed to operate in battery-powered applications where low power is critical. The device can be configured in normal operating mode or different low power modes under direct program control. In flexi mode, any peripheral can wake up the device and operate it. In hibernate mode, the internal wake-up timer remains active. In shutdown mode, only an external interrupt can wake up the device.The ADuCRF101 integrates a low power ARM Cortex-M3 processor. It is a 32-bit RISC machine, offering up to 1.25 DMIPS peak performance. The ARM Cortex-M3 processor also has a flexible 14-channel direct memory access (DMA) controller that supports communication peripherals, serial peripheral interface (SPI), UART, and I2C. Also provided on chip are 128 kB of nonvolatile Flash/EE memory and 16 kB of SRAM.A 16 MHz on-chip oscillator generates the system clock. This clock can be internally divided for the processor to operate at a lower frequency, thus saving power. A low power, internal 32 kHz oscillator is available and can be used to clock the four timers, as follows: two general-purpose timers, a wake-up timer, and a system watchdog timer.A range of communication peripherals can be configured, as required, in a specific application. These peripherals include UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO ports, PWM, and RF transceivers.The RF transceiver communicates in the 862 MHz to 928 MHz and 431 MHz to 464 MHz frequency bands using multiple configurations.On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial download via the UART, and nonintrusive emulation and program download are also supported via the serial wire interface. The OPx177 family consists of very high precision, single, dual, and quad amplifiers featuring extremely low offset voltage and drift, low input bias current, low noise, and low power consump-tion. Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of over 1000 pF with no external compensation. Supply current is less than 500 μA per amplifier at 30 V. Internal 500 Ω series resistors protect the inputs, allowing input signal levels several volts beyond either supply without phase reversal.Unlike previous high voltage amplifiers with very low offset voltages, the OP1177 (single) and OP2177 (dual) amplifiers are available in tiny 8-lead surface-mount MSOP and 8-lead narrow SOIC packages. The OP4177 (quad) is available in TSSOP and 14-lead narrow SOIC packages. Moreover, specified performance in the MSOP and the TSSOP is identical to performance in the SOIC package. MSOP and TSSOP are available in tape and reel only.The OPx177 family offers the widest specified temperature range of any high precision amplifier in surface-mount packaging. All versions are fully specified for operation from −40°C to +125°C for the most demanding operating environments.Applications for these amplifiers include precision diode power measurement, voltage and current level setting, and level detection in optical and wireless transmission systems.
