The ADG633 is a low voltage CMOS device comprising three independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. The device is fully specified for ±5 V, +5 V, and +3 V supplies. The ADG633 switches are turned on with a logic low (or high) on the appropriate control input. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. An EN input is used to enable or disable the device. When the device is disabled, all channels are switched off.The ADG633 is designed on an enhanced process that provides lower power dissipation, yet is capable of high switching speeds. Low power consumption and an operating supply range of 2 V to 12 V make the ADG633 ideal for battery-powered, portable instruments. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action, preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. All digital inputs have 0.8 V to 2.4 V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using single +5 V or dual ±5 V supplies.The ADG633 is available in a small, 16-lead TSSOP package and a 16-lead, 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package.Product Highlights Single- and dual-supply operation. The ADF4002 frequency synthesizer is used to implement local oscillators in the up-conversion and down-conversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. It consists of a low-noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, a programmable reference divider and programmable N divider. The 14-bit reference counter (R counter), allows selectable REFIN frequencies at the PFD input.A complete phase-locked loop (PLL) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). In addition, by programming R and N to 1, the device can be used as a standalone PFD and charge pump.The ADF4002-EP supports defense and aerospace applications (AQEC standard).

Demonstration circuit 2786A is a single output high voltage non-isolated synchronous step-down converter that drives an all N-channel MOSFET power stage. It features the LTC7800, a low quiescent current high frequency (programmable fixed frequency from 320kHz up to 2.25MHz) synchronous step-down DC/DC controller housed in a small 3mm x 4mm QFN package.
This DC2786A operates over an input voltage range from 8V to 40V, while the LTC7800 can operate up to 60V. This demo board produces a 3.3V output voltage with up to 10A output current, and is configured with a sense resistor for current sensing. A mode selector allows the DC2786A to operate in forced continuous operation, pulse-skipping or Burst Mode® operation during light loads.
The LTC7800 features two integrated 5V gate drivers with 20ns deadtime which is good for GaN transistors or logic-level MOSFETs to maximize efficiency. The EXTVCC pin permits the LTC7800 to be powered from the output of the switching regulator or other available source, reducing power dissipation and improving efficiency. The AD8531, AD8532 and AD8534 are single, dual and quad rail-to-rail input and output single-supply amplifiers featuring 250 mA output drive current. This high output current makes these amplifiers excellent for driving either resistive or capacitive loads. AC performance is very good with 3 MHz bandwidth, 5 V/µs slew rate and low distortion. All are guaranteed to operate from a 3 volt single supply as well as a 5 volt supply.The very low input bias currents enable the AD853x to be used for integrators and diode amplification and other applications requiring low input bias current. Supply current is only 750 µA per amplifier at 5 volts, allowing low current applications to control high current loads.Applications include audio amplification for computers, sound ports, sound cards and set-top boxes. The 12-channel AD8802 / AD8804 provides independent digitally-controllable voltage outputs in a compact 20-lead package. This potentiometer divider TrimDAC® allows replacement of the mechanical trimmer function in new designs. The AD8802 / AD8804 is ideal for dc voltage adjustment applications.Easily programmed by serial interfaced microcontroller ports, the AD8802 with its midscale preset is ideal for potentiometer replacement where adjustments start at a nominal value. Applications such as gain control of video amplifiers, voltage controlled frequencies and bandwidths in video equipment, geometric correction and automatic adjustment in CRT computer graphic displays are a few of the many applications ideally suited for these parts. The AD8804 provides independent control of both the top and bottom end of the potentiometer divider allowing a separate zero-scale voltage setting determined by the VREFL pin. This is helpful for maximizing the resolution of devices with a limited allowable voltage control range.Internally the AD8802/AD8804 contains 12 voltage-output digital-to-analog converters, sharing a common reference-voltage input.Each DAC has its own DAC latch that holds its output state. These DAC latches are updated from an internal serial-to-parallel shift register that is loaded from a standard 3-wire serial input digital interface. The serial-data-input word is decoded where the first 4 bits determine the address of the DAC latches to be loaded with the last 8 bits of data. The AD8802/ AD8804 consumes only 10 µA from 5 V power supplies. The ADuM4146 is a single-channel gate driver specifically optimized for driving silicon carbide (SiC), metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs). Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler? technology provides isolation between the input signal and the output gate drive.The ADuM4146 includes a Miller clamp to provide robust SiC turn off with a single-rail supply when the gate voltage drops to less than 2 V. Operation with unipolar or bipolar secondary supplies is possible with or without the Miller clamp operation.The Analog Devices chip scale transformers also provide isolated communication of control information between the high voltage and low voltage domains of the chip. Information on the status of the chip can be read back from dedicated outputs. Control of resetting the device after a fault on the secondary side is performed on the primary side of the device.Integrated onto the ADuM4146 is a desaturation detection circuit that provides protection against high voltage short-circuit SiC operation. The desaturation protection contains noise reducing features, such as a 300 ns masking time after a switching event to mask voltage spikes due to initial turn on (see Figure 17 in the data sheet). An optional internal 500 ?A current source allows low device count, and the internal blanking switch allows the addition of an external current source if more noise immunity is needed.The secondary undervoltage lockout (UVLO) is set to 14.5 V (typical) for Grade A and is set to 11.5 V (typical) for Grade B and Grade C with common SiC and insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) levels taken into consideration. The ADP5024 combines two high performance buck regulators and one low dropout (LDO) regulators in a small, 24-lead 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP to meet demanding performance and board space requirements. The high switching frequency of the buck regulators enables tiny multilayer external components and minimizes the board space. When the MODE pin is set high, the buck regulators operate in forced PWM mode. When the MODE pin is set low, the buck regulators operate in PWM mode when the load current is above a predefined threshold. When the load current falls below a pre-defined threshold, the regulator operates in power save mode (PSM), improving the light load efficiency. The two bucks operate out of phase to reduce the input capacitor requirement. The low quiescent current, low dropout voltage, and wide input voltage range of the LDO extends the battery life of portable devices. The ADP5024 LDO maintains power supply rejection greater than 60 dB for frequencies as high as 10 kHz while operating with a low headroom voltage.Regulators in the ADP5024 are activated though dedicated enable pins.
