OP400EY

Analog Devices Inc.
The OP400 is the first monolithic quad operational amplifier that features OP77-type performance. Precision performance is not sacrificed with the OP400 to obtain the space and costsavings offered by quad amplifiers. The OP400 features an extremely low input offset voltage of less than 150 μV with a drift of less than 1.2 μV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. Open-loop gain of the OP400 is more than 5 million into a 10 kΩ load, input bias current is less than 3 nA, CMR is more than 120 dB, and PSRR is less than 1.8 μV/V. On-chip Zener zap trimming is used to achieve the low input offset voltage of the OP400 and eliminates the need for offset nulling. The OP400 conforms to the industrystandard quad pinout, which does not have null terminals. The OP400 features low power consumption, drawing less than 725 μA per amplifier. The total current drawn by this quad amplifier is less than that of a single OP07, yet the OP400 offers significant improvements over this industry-standard op amp. Voltage noise density of the OP400 is a low 11 nV/√Hz at 10 Hz, half that of most competitive devices. The OP400 is an ideal choice for applications requiring multiple precision operational amplifiers and where low power consumption is critical.

REF03GSZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The REF01 / REF02 / REF03 series of precision voltage references provide a stable 10.0 V, 5.0 V, or 2.5 V output with minimal change in response to variations in supply voltage, ambient temperature or load conditions. The devices are available in 8-lead SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP, and TO-99 packages, as well as 20-terminal LCC packages (883 only), furthering the usability of the devices in both standard and high stress applications. With an external buffer and a simple resistor network, the TEMP terminal can be used for temperature sensing and approximation. A TRIM terminal is also provided on the device for fine adjustment of the output voltage. The small footprint, wide supply range, and application versatility make the REF0x series of references ideal for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.Newer designs should use the ADR01 / ADR02 / ADR03 / ADR06 series of references, which offer higher accuracy and temperature stability over a wider operating temperature range, while maintaining full pin-for-pin compatibility with the REF01 / REF02 / REF03 series. This data sheet applies to commercial-grade products only. Contact sales or visit analog.com for military-grade (883) data sheets.APPLICATIONS Precision data systems High resolution converters Industrial process control systems Precision instruments Military and aerospace applications

AD1585BRTZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD1582/AD1583/AD1584/AD1585 are low cost, low power, low dropout, precision band gap references. These designs are available as 3-terminal (series) devices and are packaged in the compact SOT-23, 3-lead surface-mount package. The versatility of these references makes them ideal for use in battery-powered 3 V or 5 V systems where there can be wide variations in supply voltage and a need to minimize power dissipation. The superior accuracy and temperature stability of the AD1582/AD1583/AD1584/AD1585 result from the precise matching and thermal tracking of on-chip components. Patented temperature drift curvature correction design techniques minimize the nonlinearities in the voltage output temperature characteristic. The AD1582/AD1583/AD1584/AD1585 series mode devices source or sink up to 5 mA of load current and operate efficiently with only 200 mV of required headroom supply. These parts draw a maximum 70 μA of quiescent current with only a 1.0 μA/V variation with supply voltage. The advantage of these designs over conventional shunt devices is extraordinary. Valuable supply current is no longer wasted through an input series resistor, and maximum power efficiency is achieved at all input voltage levels. The AD1582/AD1583/AD1584/AD1585 are available in two grades, A and B, and are provided in a tiny footprint, the SOT-23. All grades are specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. Applications Portable, battery-powered equipment; for example, notebook computers, cellular phones, pagers, PDAs, GPSs, and DMMs Computer workstations; suitable for use with a wide range of video RAMDACs Smart industrial transmitters PCMCIA cards Automotive Hard disk drives 3 V/5 V, 8-bit/12-bit data converters

AD22057RZ-RL

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD22057 is a single-supply difference amplifier for the amplification and low-pass filtering of small differential voltages from sources having a large common-mode voltage.Supply voltages from +3 V to +36 V can be used. The input common-mode range extends from below ground to 24 V using a +5 V supply with excellent rejection of this common-mode voltage. This range is achieved by the use of a special resitive attenuator at the input, laser trimmed to a very high differential balance. Low initial offset voltage and offset voltage drift are specified, and long-term stability of gain and offset voltage is also provided.Provisions are included for optional low-pass filtering and gain adjustment. An accurate midscale offset feature allows bipolar signals to be amplified.

ADA4945-1ACPZ-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4945-1 is a low noise, low distortion, fully differential amplifier with two selectable power modes. The device operates over a broad power supply range of 3 V to 10 V. The low dc offset, dc offset drift, and excellent dynamic performance of the ADA4945-1 makes it well suited for a variety of data acquisition and signal processing applications. The device is an ideal choice for driving high resolution, high performance successive approximation register (SAR) and Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) on 4 mA of quiescent current (full power mode). The device can also be selected to operate on 1.4 mA of quiescent current (low power mode) to scale the power consumption to the desired performance necessary for an ADC drive application. The adjustable common-mode voltage allows the ADA4945-1 to match the input common-mode voltage of multiple ADCs. The internal common-mode feedback loop provides exceptional output balance, as well as suppression of even order harmonic distortion products. With the ADA4945-1, differential gain configurations are achieved with a simple external feedback network of four resistors determining the closed-loop gain of the amplifier. The ADA4945-1 is fabricated using Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary, silicon germanium (SiGe), complementary bipolar process, enabling the device to achieve low levels of distortion with an input voltage noise of only 1.8 nV/√Hz (full power mode). The ADA4945-1 is available in a RoHS-complaint, 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP. The ADA4945-1 is specified to operate from −40°C to +125°C.Applications Low power Σ-Δ, PulSAR®, and SAR ADC drivers Single-ended to differential converters Differential buffers Medical imaging Process control Portable electronics

The ADN4622/ADN4624 are quad-channel, signal isolated, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) buffers that operate at up to 2.5 Gbps with very low jitter. The devices integrate Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology, enhanced for high-speed operation to provide drop-in galvanic isolation of LVDS signal chains. AC coupling and/or level shifting to the LVDS receivers and from the LVDS drivers allows isolation of other high-speed signals such as current-mode logic (CML).The ADN4622/ADN4624 include a refresh mechanism to monitor the input and output states and ensure they remain the same in the absence of data transitions. For lower power consumption and high-speed operation with low jitter, the LVDS and isolator circuits rely on 1.8 V supplies. The ADN4622/ADN4624 are fully specified over a wide industrial temperature range and are available in a 28-lead, wide-body, finer pitch SOIC_W_FP package with 8.3 mm creepage and clearance (for 5.7 kV rms or 8 kVPEAK surge and impulse voltages and reinforced insulation at AC mains voltages) or 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package with 1.27 mm creepage and clearance (for basic/functional isolation).APPLICATIONS Isolated video and imaging data Analog front-end isolation Data plane isolation Isolated high speed clock and data links Multi-gigabit SERDES Board-to-board optical replacement (for example, short reach fiber)
