ADG441BRZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG441 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. It is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. The ADG441 switches are turned on with a logic low on the appropriate control input. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when ON and each has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. All switches exhibit break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.

AD627ARZ-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD627 is an integrated, micropower instrumentation amplifier that delivers rail-to-rail output swing on single and dual (+2.2 V to ±18 V) supplies. The AD627 provides excellent ac and dc specifications while operating at only 85 μA maximum. The AD627 offers superior flexibility by allowing the user to set the gain of the device with a single external resistor while con-forming to the 8-lead industry-standard pinout configuration. With no external resistor, the AD627 is configured for a gain of 5. With an external resistor, it can be set to a gain of up to 1000.A wide supply voltage range (+2.2 V to ±18 V) and micropower current consumption make the AD627 a perfect fit for a wide range of applications. Single-supply operation, low power consumption, and rail-to-rail output swing make the AD627 ideal for battery-powered applications. Its rail-to-rail output stage maximizes dynamic range when operating from low supply voltages. Dual-supply operation (±15 V) and low power consumption make the AD627 ideal for industrial applications, including 4 to 20 mA loop-powered systems. The AD627 does not compromise performance, unlike other micropower instrumentation amplifiers. Low voltage offset, offset drift, gain error, and gain drift minimize errors in the system. The AD627 also minimizes errors over frequency by providing excellent CMRR over frequency. Because the CMRR remains high up to 200 Hz, line noise and line harmonics are rejected. The AD627 provides superior performance, uses less circuit board area, and costs less than micropower discrete designs.Applications4 mA to 20 mA loop-powered applicationsLow power medical instrumentation—ECG, EEGTransducer interfacingThermocouple amplifiersIndustrial process controlsLow power data acquisitionPortable battery-powered instruments

AD711KRZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD711 is a high speed, precision monolithic operational amplifier offering high performance at very modest prices. Its very low offset voltage and offset voltage drift are the results of advanced laser wafer trimming technology. These performance benefits allow the user to easily upgrade existing designs that use older precision BiFETs and, in many cases, bipolar op amps. The superior ac and dc performance of this op amp makes it suitable for active filter applications. With a slew rate of 16 V/µs and a settling time of 1 µs to ±0.01%, the AD711 is ideal as a buffer for 12-bit D/A and A/D Converters and as a high-speed integrator. The settling time is unmatched by any similar IC amplifier. The combination of excellent noise performance and low input current also make the AD711 useful for photo diode preamps. Common-mode rejection of 88 dB and open loop gain of 400 V/mV ensure 12-bit performance even in high-speed unity gain buffer circuits. The AD711 is pinned out in a standard op amp configuration and is available in seven performance grades. The AD711J and AD711K are rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The AD711A is rated over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The AD711 is available in an 8-pin plastic mini-DIP, SOIC, small out-line, & cerdip.

AD7477ARTZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7476 / AD7477 / AD7478 are, respectively, 12-bit, 10-bit, and 8-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADCs. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. Each part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with these parts. The AD7476 / AD7477 / AD7478 use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. The reference for the parts is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus, the analog input range for the parts are 0 V to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS First 12-/10-/8-Bit ADCs in SOT-23 Packages. High Throughput with Low Power Consumption. Flexible Power/Serial Clock Speed Management. The conversion rate is determined by the serial clock, allowing the conversion time to be reduced through the serial clock speed increase. This allows the average power consumption to be reduced while not converting. The parts also feature a shutdown mode to maximize power efficiency at lower throughput rates. Current consumption is 1 μA maximum when in shutdown mode. Reference Derived from the Power Supply. No Pipeline Delay. The parts feature a standard successive-approximation ADC with accurate control of the sampling instant via a CS input and once-off conversion control.APPLICATIONS Battery-powered systems Personal digital assistants Medical instruments Mobile communications Instrumentation and control systems Data acquisition systems High speed modems Optical sensors
