The HMC311SC70(E) is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) Gain Block MMIC SMT DC to 8 GHz amplifier. Packaged in an industry standard SC70, the amplifier can be used as either a cascadable 50 Ohm gain stage or to drive the LO port of HMC mixers with up to +15 dBm output power. The HMC311SC70(E) offers 15 dB of gain and an output IP3 of +30 dBm while requiring only 54 mA from a +5V supply. The ADG901/ADG902 are wideband switches that use a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process to provide high isolation and low insertion loss to 1 GHz. The ADG901 is an absorptive (matched) switch with 50 ? terminated shunt legs, while the ADG902 is a reflective switch. These devices are designed such that the isolation is high over the dc to 1 GHz frequency range. These switches enable the user to pass dc signals up to 0.5 V without the use of a dc blocking capacitor. They have on-board CMOS control logic, thus eliminating the need for external controlling circuitry. The control inputs are both CMOS and LVTTL compatible. The AD698 is a complete, monolithic Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) signal conditioning subsystem. It is used in conjunction with LVDTs to convert transducer mechanical position to a unipolar or bipolar dc voltage with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. All circuit functions are included on the chip. With the addition of a few external passive components to set frequency and gain, the AD698 converts the raw LVDT output to a scaled dc signal. The device will operate with half-bridge LVDTs, LVDTs connected in the series opposed configuration (4-wire), and RVDTs.The AD698 contains a low distortion sine wave oscillator to drive the LVDT primary. Two synchronous demodulation channels of the AD698 are used to detect primary and secondary amplitude. The part divides the output of the secondary by the amplitude of the primary and multiplies by a scale factor. This eliminates scale factor errors due to drift in the amplitude of the primary drive, improving temperature performance and stability.The AD698 uses a unique ratiometric architecture to eliminate several of the disadvantages associated with traditional approaches to LVDT interfacing. The ADG2128?is an analog cross point switch with an array size of 8 ? 12. The switch array is arranged so that there are eight columns by 12 rows, for a total of 96 switch channels. The array is bidirectional, and the rows and columns can be configured as either inputs or outputs. Each of the 96 switches can be addressed and configured through the I2C compatible interface. Standard, full speed, and high speed (3.4 MHz) I2C interfaces are supported. Any simultaneous switch combination is allowed. An additional feature of the ADG2128 is that switches can be updated simultaneously, using the LDSW command. In addition, a RESET option allows all of the switch channels to be reset/off. At power-on, all switches are in the off condition. In addition, there are eight programmable outputs that can be used as logic enables. Six of these programmable outputs can also provide up to a 12 V output for driving the gate of an N-FET that can be placed in the path of a supply. The logical core of the device is a sequencing engine (SE). This state machine-based construction provides up to 63 different states. This design enables very flexible sequencing of the outputs, based on the condition of the inputs. A block of nonvolatile EEPROM is available that can be used to store user-defined information and may also be used to hold a number of fault records that are written by the sequencing engine defined by the user when a particular fault or sequence occurs. The ADM1169 is controlled via configuration data that can be programmed into an EEPROM. The entire configuration can be programmed using an intuitive GUI-based software package provided by Analog Devices, Inc.

The ADM1171 is a Hot Swap controller that allows a board to be safely inserted and removed from a live backplane. This is achieved using a pass FET with a current control loop that monitors the input current using a sense resistor. An internal charge pump is used to enhance the gate of theexternal high side N-channel FET. When an over current condition is detected the gate voltage of the FET is reduced to limit the current flowing through the sense resistor. The ADM1171 operates with a supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 16.5V. During an overcurrent condition the timer capdetermines the amount of time the FET will remain in this condition. The ON (ON/CLR) pin is the enable input for the device and also acts as a latched fault reset for the ADM1171-2 model. The magnitude of the current flowing through the Sense resistor can be determined by the voltage on the CSOUT pin The SS pin allows the user to control the soft start profile of the current ramp at start-up via an external capacitor. This device is available in two options: the ADM1171-1 will automatic retry for over-current fault and the ADM1171-2 will latch-off for an over-current fault. The ADM1184 is an integrated, 4-channel voltage-monitoring device. A 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply is required on the VCC pin to power the device.Four precision comparators monitor four voltage rails. Each comparator has a 0.6 V reference with a worst-case accuracy of 0.8%. Resistor networks that are external to the VIN1, VIN2, VIN3, and VIN4 pins set the trip points for the monitored supply rails.The ADM1184 has four open-drain outputs. Of these outputs, OUT1 to OUT3 can be used to enable power supplies, and PWRGD is a common power-good output indicating that all monitored supplies are above their respective thresholds.OUT1 to OUT3 are dependent on their associated VINx input (that is, VIN1, VIN2, or VIN3).
