The HMC1165 is a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) that integrates a resonator, a negative resistance device, and a varactor diode, and features a half frequency output. The HMC7950 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC). The HMC7950 is a wideband low noise amplifier that operates between 2 GHz and 28 GHz. The amplifier typically provides 15 dB of gain, 2.0 dB of noise figure, 26 dBm of output IP3, and 16 dBm of output power for 1 dB gain compression, requiring 64 mA from a 5 V supply. The HMC7950 is self biased with only a single positive supply needed to achieve a drain current, IDD, of 64 mA. The HMC7950 also has a gain control option, VGG2. The HMC7950 amplifier input/outputs are internally matched to 50 Ω and dc blocked. The HMC7992 is a general-purpose, nonreflective, 0.1 GHz to 6.0 GHz, silicon, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch in aleadless, surface-mount package. The switch is ideal for cellular infrastructure applications, offers high isolation of 45 dB typical at 2 GHz, and a low insertion loss of 0.6 dB at 2 GHz. It offers excellent power handling capability up to 6.0 GHz, with inputpower of 1 dB compression point (P1dB) of 35 dBm at 5 V operation. The HMC7992 has good low frequency input power handling below 0.1 GHz and can operate well down to 10 kHz, with a typical 1 dB compression of 21 dBm and an IIP3 of 37 dBm at 1 MHz.The on-chip circuitry allows the HMC7992 to operate at a single, positive supply voltage range from 3.3 V to 5 V, and as well as a single, positive control voltage from 0 V to 1.8 V/3.3 V/5.0 V. The SSM2135 dual audio operational amplifier permits excel-lent performance in portable or low power audio systems, with an operating supply range of 4 V to 36 V or ±2 V to ±18 V. The unity-gain stable device has very low voltage noise of 5.2 nV/√Hz, and total harmonic distortion plus noise below 0.01% over normal signal levels and loads. Such characteristics are enhanced by wide output swing and load drive capability. A unique output stage1 permits output swing approaching the rail under moderate load conditions. Under severe loading, the SSM2135 still maintains a wide output swing with ultralow distortion. Particularly well suited for computer audio systems and portable digital audio units, the SSM2135 can perform preamplification, headphone and speaker driving, and balanced line driving and receiving. Additionally, the device is ideal for input signal conditioning in single-supply, Σ-Δ, analog-to-digital converter subsystems such as the AD1877. The SSM2135 makes an ideal single-supply stereo output amplifier for audio digital-to-analog converters (DACs) because of its low noise and distortion.The SSM2135 is available in an 8-lead plastic SOIC package and is guaranteed for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.

The 78Q2123/2133 MicroPHYs are designed to meet the growing demands of nontraditional networked applications such as game consoles, set-top boxes, and digital TVs. The tiny size gives designers an edge when board space is at a premium, and its single 3.3V supply requirements eliminate the need for 1.8V regulators or additional voltage conversion capacitors.The integrated HP Auto MDI/MDI-X function, a must for consumer electronic applications, automatically compensates for crossover cable problems eliminating one of the most common items for consumer help lines. The MicroPHY’s full MII allows the device to easily interface to any 802.3-compliant MAC. The MicroPHY offers all the essential pins for embedded applications including reset pin, power-down pin, programmable LEDs and more. On-chip regulators masterfully achieve supply-noise isolation among the various blocks while reducing the number of off-chip supply filtering components. A semidigital architecture and digital clock recovery unit are used in the receiver to maximize circuit noise immunity. The MicroPHY includes integrated ENDECs, scrambler/descrambler, dual-speed clock recovery, and full-featured autonegotiation functions. The transmitter includes an on-chip pulse-shaper and a low-power line driver. The receiver has an adaptive equalizer and a baseline restoration circuit required for accurate clock and data recovery.
