ADG774BRQZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG774 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexers with high impedance outputs. The CMOS process provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. The on-resistance variation is typically less than 0.5 Ω with an input signal ranging from 0 V to 5 V.The bandwidth of the ADG774 is greater than 200 MHz and this, coupled with low distortion (typically 0.5%), makes the part suitable for switching fast ethernet signals. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analog input range ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Fast switching speed, coupled with high signal bandwidth, also makes the parts suitable for video signal switching. CMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery powered instruments.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Wide –3 dB Bandwidth, 240 MHz. Ultralow Power Dissipation. Extended Signal Range. The ADG774 is fabricated on a CMOS process giving an increased signal range that fully extends to the supply rails. Low Leakage Over Temperature. Break-Before-Make Switching. This prevents channel shorting when the switches are configured as a multiplexer. Crosstalk Typically –70 dB @ 30 MHz. Off Isolation Typically –60 dB @ 10 MHz.APPLICATIONS USB 1.1 Signal Switching Circuits Cell Phones PDAs Battery-Powered Systems Communications Systems Data Acquisition Systems Token Ring 4 Mbps/16 Mbps Audio and Video Switching Relay Replacement

ADM1172-1AUJZ-RL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM1172 is a hot swap controller that safely enables a printed circuit board to be removed and inserted to a live backplane. This is achieved using an external N-channel power MOSFET with a current control loop that monitors the load current through a sense resistor. An internal charge pump is used to enhance the gate of the N-channel FET. When an overcurrent condition is detected, the gate voltage of the FET is reduced to limit the current flowing through the sense resistor. During an overcurrent condition, the TIMER pin capacitor determines the amount of time the FET remains at a current limiting mode of operation until it is shut down. The ON (ON-CLR) pin is the enable input for the device and can be used to monitor the input supply voltage. The ADM1172 operates with a supply voltage ranging from 2.7 V to 16.5 V.The ADM1172 also features a power-fail comparator. The voltage on the PFI pin is compared with an internal 0.6 V reference, and the output of this comparator is presented on the PFO pin. This device is available in two options: the ADM1172-1 with automatic retry for overcurrent fault and the ADM1172-2 with latch-off for an overcurrent fault. Toggling the ON (ON-CLR) pin resets a latched fault. The ADM1172 is packaged in an 8-lead TSOT.Applications Hot swap board insertion: line cards, raid systems Industrial high-side switches/circuit breakers Electronic circuit breakers

ADM1186-2ARQZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM1186-1 and ADM1186-2 are integrated, four-channel, voltage monitoring and sequencing devices. A 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply is required on the VCC pin for power.Four precision comparators monitor four voltage rails, with all comparators sharing a 0.6 V reference and a worst-case accuracy of 0.8%. Resistor networks that are external to the VIN1, VIN2, VIN3, and VIN4 pins set the Under Voltage (UV) trip points for the monitored supply rails. The ADM1186-1 and ADM1186-2 have four open drain enable outputs, OUTx, that are used to enable power supplies. An open drain power good output, PWRGD, is provided that indicatesthe four VINx inputs are above their UV thresholds.A state machine monitors the state of the UP and DOWN pins on the ADM1186-1 or the UP/overbar: DOWN pin on the ADM1186-2 to control the supply sequencing direction. In the ‘Wait Start’state, a rising edge transition on the UP or UP/DOWN pin triggers a power-up sequence. A falling edge transition on the DOWN or UP/DOWN pin in the ‘Power Up Done’ statetriggers a power down sequence.During a power up sequence, the state machine enables each power supply in turn. The supply output voltage is monitored to determine if it rises above the UV threshold level within a userdefined duration called the blanking time. If a supply rises above the UV threshold then the next enable output in the sequence is turned on. In addition to the blanking time a user may also define sequencing time delays between each enable output turning on. When all four enable outputs are on, and the four VINx pins are above their UV trip points the power up sequence is complete. The ADM1186-1 provides an open drain pin, SEQ_DONE, that is asserted high to provide an indication that an up sequence is complete. The SEQ_DONE pins is allows multiple cascadedADM1186-1 devices to be perform controlled power up and down sequences. During a power down sequence the enable outputs turn off inreverse order. The sequence time delays between successive supplies the same as during the power up sequence, and no blanking time is used during a power down sequence. At the end of a down sequence the SEQ_DONE pin is brought low. During sequencing and when powered up, the state machine continuously monitors for any fault conditions. Faults include a UV condition on any of the inputs, or an unexpected controlinput. Any fault that occurs causes the state machine to enter a fault handler. This immediately turns off all enable outputs, and ensures that the device is ready to start a new up sequence. The ADM1186-1 has a bi-directional open drain pin, FAULT, that facilitates fault handling when using multiple devices. An ADM1186-1 experiencing a fault condition drives the FAULT pin low, causing other connected ADM1186-1devices to enter their own fault handling state. The ADM1186-1 is available in a 20-lead QSOP package andthe ADM1186-2 is available in a 16-lead QSOP package.

ADM13305-18ARZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM13305 is a dual voltage supervisor designed to monitor two supplies and provide a reset signal to DSP and microprocessor-based systems. There are five models available, all of which feature a combination of internally pretrimmed undervoltage threshold options for monitoring 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V supplies. There is also an adjustable input option with an undervoltage threshold voltage of 0.6 V.The ADM13305-18, ADM13305-25, and ADM13305-33 models have two internally fixed thresholds. The ADM13305-4 and ADM13305-5 offer one internally fixed threshold and one externally programmable threshold via a resistor string. See the Ordering Guide for a list of all available options.During power-up, RESETis asserted when the supply voltage exceeds 1.1 V. The device then monitors the SENSEv input pins and holds the RESET output low as long as either of the SENSEv inputs remains below the rising threshold voltage, VIT+.Once the supplies monitored at the SENSEv inputs rise above their associated thresholds, the reset signal remains low for the reset timeout period before deasserting. Subsequently, if a voltage monitored by the SENSEv pins falls below its associated falling threshold, VIT−, RESET the output asserts. The ADM13305 features both an active high RESET and an active low RESET output. As well as providing power-on reset signals, an on-chip watchdog timer can reset the microprocessor if it fails to strobe within the preset timeout period. A reset signal can also be asserted by an external push button through the manual reset input pin.The ADM13305 is available in an 8-lead, narrow body SOIC package. The device operates over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.APPLICATIONS Supervising DSPs/microcontrollers Industrial and portable equipment Wireless systems Notebook/desktop computers
