The ADG526A and ADG527A are CMOS monolithic analog multiplexers with 16 single channels and dual 8 channels, respectively. On-chip latches facilitate microprocessor interfacing. The ADG526A switches one of 16 inputs to a common output, depending on the state of four binary addresses and an enable input. The ADG527A switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differential output, depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. Both devices have TTL and 5 V CMOS logic-compatible digital inputs. The ADG526A and ADG527A are designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process that gives an increased signal capability of VSS to VDD and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages. The devices can comfortably operate anywhere in the 10.8 V to 16.5 V single- or dual-supply range. These multiplexers also feature high switching speeds and low RON. PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Single- or Dual-Supply Specifications with a Wide Tolerance. The devices are specified in the 10.8 V to 16.5 V range for both single and dual supplies. Easily Interfaced. The ADG526A and ADG527A can be easily interfaced with microprocessors. The WR signal latches the state of the address control lines and the enable line. The RS signal clears both the address and enable data in the latches, resulting in no output (all switches off). RS can be tied to the microprocessor reset pin. Extended Signal Range. The enhanced LC2MOS processing results in a high breakdown and an increased analog signal range from VSS to VDD. Break-Before-Make Switching. Switches are guaranteed break-before-make so that input signals are protected against momentary shorting. Low Leakage. The low on-resistance flatness makes the ADG601 / ADG602 ideally suited to many applications, particularly those requiring low distortion. These switches are ideal replacements for mechanical relays because they are more reliable, have lower power requirements, and are available in much smaller package sizes.The ADG601 is a normally open (NO) switch, and the ADG602 is a normally closed (NC) switch. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF.The ADG609 is designed on an enhanced LC2 MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when ON and has an input signal range which extends to the supplies. In the OFF condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break before make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.

The ADA4817-1 (single) and ADA4817-2 (dual) FastFET™ amplifiers are unity-gain stable, ultrahigh speed, voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs. These amplifiers were developed with the Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary eXtra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process, which allows the amplifiers to achieve ultralow noise (4 nV/√Hz; 2.5 fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedances.With 1.3 pF of input capacitance, low noise (4 nV/√Hz), low offset voltage (2 mV maximum), and 1050 MHz −3 dB bandwidth, the ADA4817-1/ADA4817-2 are ideal for data acquisition front ends as well as wideband transimpedance applications, such as photodiode preamps.With a wide supply voltage range from 5 V to 10 V and the ability to operate on either single or dual supplies, the ADA4817-1/ADA4817-2 are designed to work in a variety of applications including active filtering and analog-to-digital converter (ADC) driving. The ADA4817-1 is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 8-lead LFCSP and 8-lead SOIC, and the ADA4817-2 is available in a 4 mm × 4 mm, 16-lead LFCSP. These packages feature a low distortion pinout that improves second harmonic distortion and simplifies circuit board layout. They also feature an exposed pad that provides a low thermal resistance path to the printed circuit board (PCB). The EPAD enables more efficient heat transfer and increases reliability. The ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2 are low noise, ultralow distortion,high speed differential amplifiers. They are an ideal choice fordriving high performance ADCs with resolutions up to 16 bitsfrom dc to 100 MHz. The output common-mode voltage is useradjustable by means of an internal common-mode feedback loop,allowing the ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2 output to match the inputof the ADC. The internal feedback loop also provides exceptionaloutput balance as well as suppression of even-order harmonicdistortion products.With the ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2, differential gain configurationsare easily realized with a simple external feedback network of fourresistors that determine the closed-loop gain of the amplifier.The ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2 are fabricated using Analog Devices,Inc., proprietary silicon-germanium (SiGe), complementary bipolarprocess, enabling them to achieve very low levels of distortion withan input voltage noise of only 2.3 nV/√Hz. The low dc offset andexcellent dynamic performance of the ADA4939-1 / ADA4939-2make them well suited for a wide variety of data acquisition andsignal processing applications.The ADA4939-1 (single) is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-leadLFCSP, and the ADA4939-2 (dual) is available in a 4 mm × 4 mm,24-lead LFCSP. The pinouts are optimized to facilitate printedcircuit board (PCB) layout and minimize distortion.
