AD22100KTZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD22100 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range -50°C to +150°C, making it ideal for use in numerous HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications. The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization circuitry, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the overall system cost. The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.Due to its ratiometric nature, the AD22100 offers a cost effective solution when interfacing to an analog-to-digital converter. This is accomplished by using the ADC's +5 V power supply as a reference to both the ADC and the AD22100 (See Figure 2 of the datasheet), eliminating the need for and cost of a precision reference to both the ADC and the AD22100 eliminating the need for and cost of a precision reference (see Figure 2).APPLICATIONS HVAC systems System temperature compensation Board level temperature sensing Electronic thermostatsMARKETS Industrial process control Instrumentation Automotive

Analog Devices Inc.
The fourth generation of SHARC® Processors, which includes the ADSP-21469, offers increased performance, hardware-based filter accelerators, audio and application-focused peripherals, and new memory configurations capable of supporting the latest surround-sound decoder algorithms. All devices are pin-compatible with each other and completely code-compatible with all prior SHARC Processors. These newest members of the SHARC Processor family are based on a single-instruction, multiple-data (SIMD) core, which supports both 32-bit fixed-point and 32-/40-bit floating-point arithmetic formats making them particularly suitable for high-performance audio applications. The ADSP-21469 offers the highest performance – 450 MHz/2700 MFLOPs -- within the fourth generation SHARC Processor family. This level of performance makes the ADSP-21469 particularly well suited to address the increasing requirements of the professional and automotive audio market segments. In addition to its higher core performance, the ADSP-21469 includes additional processing blocks such as FIR, IIR, and FFT accelerators to increase the total performance of the system. There is a new feature called Variable Instruction Set Architecture (VISA) that allows the code size to be decreased by 20% to 30% and increase the memory size availability. The fourth generation DSP allows the ability to connect to faster external memory by providing a glueless interface to 16-bit wide DDR2 SDRAMs.Fourth-generation SHARC Processors also integrate application-specific peripherals designed to simplify hardware design, minimize design risks, and ultimately reduce time to market. Grouped together, and broadly named the Digital Applications Interface (DAI), these functional blocks may be connected to each other or to external pins via the software-programmable Signal Routing Unit (SRU). The SRU is an innovative architectural feature that enables complete and flexible routing amongst DAI blocks. Peripherals connected through the SRU include but are not limited to serial ports, SPI ports, S/PDIF Tx/Rx, and an 8-Channel asynchronous sample rate converter block. The fourth generation SHARC allows data from the serial ports to be directly transferred to external memory by the DMA controller. Other peripherals such as UART and Two-Wire Interface are routed through a Digital Peripheral Interface (DPI).

ADUM1200BRZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADuM1200 is a dual-channel, digital isolator with 2/0 directionality based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technologies, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives, such as optocouplers.By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Further-more, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one-sixth the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates. The ADuM120x family of isolators provides two independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates (see the Ordering Guide). Both parts operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling a voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. In addition, the ADuM120x provide low pulse width distortion (<3 ns for CR grade) and tight channel-to-channel matching (<3 ns for CR grade). Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, the ADuM120x isolators have a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and during power-up/power-down conditions.ADuM1200W and ADuM1201W are automotive grade versions qualified for 125°C operation per AEC-Q100. See the Automotive Products section for more details.Applications Size-critical multichannel isolation SPI interface/data converter isolation RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceiver isolation Digital field bus isolation Hybrid electric vehicles, battery monitor, and motor driveThe ADuM1200-EP supports defense and aerospace applications (AQEC)

The AD5689/AD5687 members of the nanoDAC+™ family arelow power, dual, 16-/12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analogconverters (DACs). The devices include a gain select pingiving a full-scale output of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2). TheAD5689/AD5687 operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, areguaranteed monotonic by design, and exhibit less than 0.1% FSRgain error and 1.5 mV offset error performance. Both devices areavailable in a 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP and a TSSOP package. The AD5689/AD5687 also incorporate a power-on reset circuitand a RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC outputs power upto zero scale or midscale and remain there until a valid writetakes place. Each part contains a per channel power-down featurethat reduces the current consumption of the device to 4 µA at3 V while in power-down mode. The AD5689/AD5687 uses a versatile serial peripheral interfacethat operates at clock rates up to 50 MHz. Both devices containa VLOGIC pin that is intended for 1.8 V/3 V/5 V logic.Product Highlights High Relative Accuracy (INL). AD5689 (16-bit): ±2 LSB maximum Excellent DC Performance.
