The AD4684/AD4685 are 16-bit, dual, simultaneous sampling, high speed, successive approximation register (SAR), analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V power supply and feature throughput rates of up to 1 MSPS for the AD4684 and 500 kSPS for the AD4685. The analog input types are single-ended and are sampled and converted on the falling edge of CS.The AD4684/AD4685 have an on-chip sequencer and integrated on-chip oversampling block to improve dynamic range and reduce noise at lower bandwidths. A buffered internal 2.5 V reference is included. Alternatively, an external reference up to 3.3 V can be used. The conversion process and data acquisition use standard control inputs, allowing interfacing to microprocessors or digital signal processors (DSPs). The AD4684/AD4685 is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V interfaces by using the separate logic supply. The ADA4945-1 is a low noise, low distortion, fully differential amplifier with two selectable power modes. The device operates over a broad power supply range of 3 V to 10 V. The low dc offset, dc offset drift, and excellent dynamic performance of the ADA4945-1 makes it well suited for a variety of data acquisition and signal processing applications. The device is an ideal choice for driving high resolution, high performance successive approximation register (SAR) and Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) on 4 mA of quiescent current (full power mode). The device can also be selected to operate on 1.4 mA of quiescent current (low power mode) to scale the power consumption to the desired performance necessary for an ADC drive application. The adjustable common-mode voltage allows the ADA4945-1 to match the input common-mode voltage of multiple ADCs. The internal common-mode feedback loop provides exceptional output balance, as well as suppression of even order harmonic distortion products.With the ADA4945-1, differential gain configurations are achieved with a simple external feedback network of four resistors determining the closed-loop gain of the amplifier. The ADA4945-1 is fabricated using Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary, silicon germanium (SiGe), complementary bipolar process, enabling the device to achieve low levels of distortion with an input voltage noise of only 1.8 nV/√Hz (full power mode).The ADA4945-1 is available in a RoHS-complaint, 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP. The ADPA7009-2 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), 0.5 W power amplifier with an integrated temperature-compensated, on-chip power detector that operates between 20 GHz and 54 GHz. The amplifier provides a gain of 17.5 dB, an output power for 1 dB compression (OP1dB) of 28 dBm, and a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 34.5 dBm at 20 GHz to 35 GHz. The ADPA7009-2 requires 850 mA from a 5 V supply voltage (VDDx). The RF input and outputs are internally matched and DC-blocked for ease of integration into higher level assemblies. Most of the typically required external passive components for operation (AC coupling capacitors and power supply decoupling capacitors) are integrated, which facilitates a small, compact printed circuit board (PCB) footprint. The MUX-08 is a monolithic eight-channel analog multiplexer which connects a single output to one of the eight analog inputs depending upon the state of a 3-bit binary address.The MUX-24 is a monolithic four-channel differential analog multiplexer configured in a double pole, four position (plus OFF) electronic switch array. A two-bit binary input address connects a pair of independent analog inputs from each four channel input section to the corresponding pair of independent analog outputs. All switches in the MUX-08/MUX-24 are turned OFF by applying logic '0' to the ENABLE pin, thereby providing a package select function. Fabricated with Precision Monolithics' high performance Bipolar-JFET technology, these devices offer low, constant 'ON' resistance, low leakage currents and fast settling time with low crosstalk to satisfy a wide variety of applications. These multiplexors do not suffer from latch-up or static charge blow-out problems associated with similar CMOS parts. The digital inputs are designed to operate form both TTL and CMOS levels while always providing a definite break-before-make action without the need for external pull-up resistors over the full operating temperature range.

The OP400 is the first monolithic quad operational amplifier that features OP77-type performance. Precision performance is not sacrificed with the OP400 to obtain the space and costsavings offered by quad amplifiers.The OP400 features an extremely low input offset voltage of less than 150 μV with a drift of less than 1.2 μV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. Open-loop gain of the OP400 is more than 5 million into a 10 kΩ load, input bias current is less than 3 nA, CMR is more than 120 dB, and PSRR is less than 1.8 μV/V. On-chip Zener zap trimming is used to achieve the low input offset voltage of the OP400 and eliminates the need for offset nulling. The OP400 conforms to the industrystandard quad pinout, which does not have null terminals.The OP400 features low power consumption, drawing less than 725 μA per amplifier. The total current drawn by this quad amplifier is less than that of a single OP07, yet the OP400 offers significant improvements over this industry-standard op amp. Voltage noise density of the OP400 is a low 11 nV/√Hz at 10 Hz, half that of most competitive devices.The OP400 is an ideal choice for applications requiring multiple precision operational amplifiers and where low power consumption is critical.

It is manufactured on a BiMOS II process that combines the advantages of CMOS logic and bipolar high accuracy linear circuits on the same chip.The converter allows users to select their own resolution and dynamic performance with external components. This allows the users great flexibility in defining the converter that best suits their system requirements. The converter allows users to select the resolution to be 10, 12, 14, or 16 bits and to track resolver signals rotating at up to 1040 revs per second (62,400 rpm) when set to 10-bit resolution.The AD2S80A converts resolver format input signals into a parallel natural binary digital word using a ratiometric tracking conversion method. The AD2S90 is a complete 12-bit resolution tracking resolver-to- digital converter. No external components are required to operate the device.The converter accepts 2 V rms ± 10% input signals in the range 3 kHz-20 kHz on the SIN, COS and REF inputs. A Type II servo loop is employed to track the inputs and convert the input SIN and COS information into a digital representation of the input angle. The bandwidth of the converter is set internally at 1 kHz. The maximum tracking rate is 375 rps at 12-bit resolution.Angular position output information is available in two forms, absolute serial binary and incremental A quad B.The absolute serial binary output is 12-bit (1 in 4096). The data output pin is high impedance when Chip Select CS is logic HI. This allows the connection of multiple converters onto a common bus. Absolute angular information in serial pure binary form is accessed by CS followed by the application of an external clock (SCLK) with a maximum rate of 2 MHz.The encoder emulation outputs A, B and NM continuously produce signals equivalent to a 1024 line encoder.When decoded this corresponds to 12-bits resolution. Three common north marker pulse widths are selected via a single pin (NMC).An analog velocity output signal provides a representation of velocity from a rotating resolver shaft traveling in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.The AD2S90 operates on a ±5 V dc ± 5% power supplies and is fabricated on Analog Devices' Linear Compatible CMOS process (LC2MOS). The AD5060, a member of the nanoDAC® family, is a single, full accurate 16-bit buffered voltage out DAC in a SOT-23.By combining a 16-bit DAC and high performance output buffer in a SOT-23, the AD5060 delivers a maximum 1 LSB INL linearity error, making it ideal for high performance applications such as open loop control or precision gain and offset. The part utilizes a versatile three-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and DSP interface standards. The reference for the AD5060 is supplied from an external REF pin with a reference buffer provided on chip to simplify application of the device. The part incorporates a power-on-reset circuit that depending on model ensures the DAC output powers up to zero volts/mid scale and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The part also contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 1 µA at 5 V and provides software selectable output loads while in power-down mode. Power-down mode is activated over the serial interface with very low glitch on power up.
