The HMC230MS8(E) is a broadband 3-bit positive control GaAs IC digital attenuator in 8 lead MSOP surface mount plastic package. Covering 0.75 to 2 GHz, the insertion loss is typically less than 2 dB. The attenuator bit values are 4 (LSB), 8, and 16 dB for a total attenuation of 28 dB. Accuracy is excellent at ±0.5 dB typical with an IIP3 of up to +48 dBm. Three bit control voltage inputs, toggled between 0 and +3 to +5 volts, are used to select each attenuation state at less than 50 uA each. The ADM809 supervisory circuit monitors the power supply voltage in microprocessor systems. It provides a reset output during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. On power-up, an internal timer holds reset asserted for 240ms. This holds the microprocessor in a reset state until conditions have stabilized. The RESET output remains operational with VCC as low as 1V. The ADM809 provides an active-low reset signal RESET, and has a push-pull output stage.Seven reset threshold options are available. The reset comparator features built-in glitch immunity, making it immune to fast transients on VCC.The ADM809 is available in 3-lead SOT-23 and SC70 and consumes only 17µA, making it suitable for low power portable equipment.APPLICATIONS Microprocessor systems Computers Controllers Intelligent instruments Automotive systems

Demonstration circuit 2898A is a dual DC/DC converter with a 13V to 40V input voltage range, two 12V outputs at 4A each featuring the LTM4655. The LTM4655 is a EN55022B compliant 40V, dual 4A or single 8A step-down or 50W inverting DC/DC μModule® regulator. The switching frequencies of both channels are set at 1.2MHz on DC2898A. If the output voltage collapses sufficiently due to an overload or short-circuit condition, the internal oscillator will foldback to one-fifth of the LTM4655’s programmed switching frequency, protecting the power switch from damage.
