The LTC2636 is a family of octal 12-, 10-, and 8-bit voltage-output DACs with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift 10ppm/?C reference in 14-lead DFN and 16-lead MSOP packages. It has a rail-to-rail output buffer and is guaranteed monotonic. The LTC2636-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V, and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The LTC2636-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V, and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. Each DAC can also operate with an external reference, which sets the DAC full-scale output to the external reference voltage. These DACs communicate via an SPI/MICROWIRE-compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. Hardware clear (CLR) and asynchronous DAC update (LDAC) pins are available in the MSOP package. The LTC2636 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Options are available for reset to zero-scale or reset to mid-scale in internal reference mode, or reset to mid-scale in external reference mode after power-up.Applications Mobile Communications Process Control and Industrial Automation Automatic Test Equipment Portable Equipment Automotive Optical Networking

LTC3614EUDD Demo Board | 4A, 4MHz Monolithic Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converter
Analog Devices Inc.
Demo Circuit 1467 is a high efficiency, high frequency step-down converter, incorporating the LTC3614 monolithic synchronous regulator. The DC1467A has an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, and is capable of delivering up to 4A of output current. The output voltage of the DC1467A can be set as low as 0.6V, the reference voltage of the LTC3614. The operating frequency range of the DC1467A is either set to a fixed 2.25 MHz by connecting the frequency pin to SVin, set by an external resistor, or synchronized to an external clock, with a range up to 4 MHz. At low load currents, the DC1467A can operate in either noise sensitive applications, due to the capability of the LTC3614 to operate in pulse-skipping mode, or in high efficiency applications, because the LTC3614 also has Burst-Mode capability. The Burst Mode clamp can be set externally.

The LTC2757 is an 18-bit multiplying parallel-input, current-output digital-to-analog converter that provides full 18-bit performance?INL and DNL of ?1LSB maximum?over temperature without any adjustments. 18-bit monotonicity is guaranteed in all performance grades. This SoftSpan? DAC operates from a single 3V to 5V supply and offers six output ranges (up to ?10V) that can be programmed through the parallel interface or pin-strapped for operation in a single range. In addition to its precision DC specifications, the LTC2757 also offers excellent AC specifications, including 2.1?s full-scale settling to 1LSB and 1.4nV?s glitch impulse. The LTC2757 uses a bidirectional input/output parallel interface that allows readback of any on-chip register, including DAC output-range settings; and a CLR pin and power-on reset circuit that each reset the DAC output to 0V regardless of output range.Applications Instrumentation Medical Devices Automatic Test Equipment Process Control and Industrial Automation

The LTC2941 measures battery charge state in battery-supplied handheld PC and portable product applications. Its operating range is perfectly suited for single-cell Li-Ion batteries. A precision coulomb counter integrates current through a sense resistor between the battery?s positive terminal and the load or charger. The measured charge is stored in internal registers. An SMBus/I2C interface accesses and configures the device. The LTC2941 features programmable high and low thresholds for accumulated charge. If a threshold is exceeded, the device communicates an alert using either the SMBus alert protocol or by setting a flag in the internal status register. The LTC2941 requires only a single low value external sense resistor to set the current range.
