Texas Instruments TMUXHS221LV Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Switch
Features:
- Compatible with USB 2.0 and eUSB2 LS, FS, and HS physical layers
- Switch that supports differential signals up to 3Gbps
- Analog switch that can support most CMOS signals up to 3.3V
- Data pins are 5V tolerant
- Low RON of 3Ω at VI/O = 0V
- High –3dB BW of 3.3GHz
- Excellent for USB 2.0 or eUSB2 HS signals at 240MHz
- Insertion loss = –0.4dB
- Return loss = –22dB
- Off isolation or cross-talk = –32dB
- Minimal vertical and horizontal USB 2.0 HS eye attenuation
- 1.8V supply voltage
- 1.2V or 1.8V control logic inputs
- Extended industrial temperature range of –40 to 125°C
- Small 10-pin 1.8mm × 1.4mm, UQFN package
- Pin-to-pin and BOM-to-BOM with multiple sources
